Final Touches

Schlatt held his hands over Tommy's eyes. "No peeking now." Tommy giggled. "Dad, what is it?" Schlatt stopped Tommy. "Okay, ready?" Tommy nodded. Schlatt slowly lifted his hands, grinning.

Tommy blinked a few times before gasping. In front of him stood a large house. Tommy and Schlatt's old house. Schlatt threw his hands in the air. "TA DA!" Tommy laughed. "Oh my god, I forgot about this place!"

Schlatt smiled. "Everyone helped me build it, it looks exactly like the old one." Tommy hugged Schlatt. "Thanks Dad, this is great!" Schlatt smiled. "I knew you'd like it."

Tommy looked up at Schlatt. "Why do I always get warm when I'm near you?" Schlatt looked up from the newspaper. "Oh, it's a goat thing. Goats naturally get warm when they're near family and cold when they aren't. If you get really fucking cold when you're away from family, you probably really love them."

Schlatt made that last part up, he just wanted Tommy to know he loved him. Tommy thought a moment. "But I don't have any goat characteristics?" Schlatt pointed at his hand. "Hoof fingers." Tommy looked down at them. "Techno has these too."

Schlatt shrugged. "He's a piglin hybrid." Tommy looked back up at Schlatt. "Why do I get warm around Puffy?" Schlatt stared at Tommy a moment before smiling. "She's your aunt." Tommy widened his eyes, but said nothing.

He couldn't help but wonder why he got warm next to Sapnap too.

Tommy pet Henry. "And this is Henry." Schlatt smiled. "We use to have a dog named Henry." Tommy looked up at him with a smiled. Schlatt shrugged. "You never were original with names."

Tommy moved out of Phil's house and moved in with Schlatt. He still loved Phil, but Schlatt was his dad. Techno even seemed to put off his anarchist plans just for the moment, just so Tommy could enjoy his dad's company.

Schlatt and Niki seem to get along quite well, leaving everyone including Tommy very happy considering their battling during his reign.

Tommy has noticed Sapnap and Eret hanging around each other more. Sapnap also hangs with Tommy a lot. Tommy doesn't know why, but it feels almost normal.

Schlatt and Puffy also seem to hang out a lot. Puffy just loves to tease her little brother.

After years of them being apart, Tommy and Schlatt were finally reunited. They had a house, a country, friends, land, pets, and love. It was all perfect. None of it could possibly go wrong, right?

Hope you all enjoyed my take on the Dadschlatt au. I always thought it would be better for Tommy to be Schlatt's son, since he practically stole everything about him anyway lol. Anyhow, this was one of my favorite stories to write, so I hope you liked it.
Also I came up with idea of this before the Tommy exile arc, so I didn't actually know all that stuff was going to happen, so didn't plan my story to go that way. The end of this hints towards a sequel, but it will probably never happen lol. Just assume they live happily ever after! Okay, bye!

Edit 7-13-21: After some consideration I have deleted a shipping joke between Schlatt and Niki! Niki has stated before that she is not comfortable with her being shipped and I choose to respect that!
