The  next morning  Riley and Lucas were talking  honey I don't  feel good   okay I will  tell the nures  okay  a few minutes hi Riley  am nurse Annie am going to take your temperature   okay  Riley sweetie you have a  high  fever  it's 102 okay  I don't know why but I think you have the  mommy  blues okay  and so  you  can't see the girls  until  your  fever  is gone okay Riley  start crying   am going to  take your blood sugar  okay  am going to make sure nothing  wrong  but I think everything is going to be okay  ready  okay  well your  blood sugar is a little low  but good  am going to  bring you some Tylenol okay and I will  check you later okay  be right back  5 minutes later  okay her sweetie  ty try to take a nap okay  Lucas kiss Riley  I love you   love you so much to  am going to go to sleep  okay am going to  get something to eat and  come back okay  get some sleep  honey go home and get some  sleep to no I want be with you  okay  am going to sleep  love you  love you to
