Chapter 8- Alone in the Mist Estate

No one's POV*

"So what did you guy's talk about?" Muichiro asked while walking with you
"Well, she was just asking about the training and I said it's fine." You hummed
"y/n, do you mind if u leave later?" He asked you
"Hm?" You ask
"Well, I have a mission assigned and I'll be gone for maybe 3 days." He explained
"Ohhh, yeah that's fine!" You said
"Are you sure? I can leave this mission to someone else if you don't wan-" He said but you cut him off
"I swear Mui I'm fine and I'll be taking my flexibility training with mitsuri remember?" You said
"Oh yeah, ok then, I'll go now, head back to the mist estate for now, bye y/n!" Muichiro exclaimed as he walked away
"Bye mui." You whisper, you had this feeling of being anxious when he's not around, you started to panic but the you remembered that he told you to go back to the mist estate for now, you headed back to the mist estate to see a girl with pink to green hair standing infront of the door, you immediately knew who it was.
"Mitsuri-san!" You said
"Hello y/n!" She said happily as she walked towards you
"What are you doing here?" You asked her
"Well you see, I was going to give something to Muichiro from Iguro but turns out he's not here." She explained
"Oh, he went out for a mission and he won't be back for 3 days." You mumbled frowning slightly
"Awe, do you miss him already y/n?" She teased
"W-WHAT N-NO!" You stuttered
"Oh come on y/n you can't fool me, I'm the Love pillar, and I know when someone likes a person." She giggled
"Well I don't like Muichiro, I'm just his tsuguko and nothing more." You said, 'you were his tsuguko nothing more...what if I am nothing more to Mui?' you thought
"You seem deep in thought y/n-san." Mitsuri said brightly raising an eye brow to you
"Er, it's nothing important, just about training." You lied, Mitsuri seemed suspicious but she just shrugged it off
"Well give this to Muichiro-kun when he comes back, and come to my estate tomorrow we'll begin your flexibility training." She said
"Ok, bye Mitsuri!" You waved at her
"Bye y/n!" She said as she waved and walked away
You sighed, thinking you were alone in the mister estate no one to talk to, no one to admire the stars with, it's hasn't been a day but you seem to miss Muichiro already, 'Ugh, why am I feeling this for him! I'm just his tsuguko y/n stop thinking of something else's you thought getting irritated.
You decided to go outside, and as you went outside you felt something brush against your leg, you looked down and saw a black cat with blue eyes,
"Awe, Hello there little kitty, are you lost?" You asked the cat as you patted it's head, you sat down and the cat started meowing, as though it wanted food,
"Are you hungry?" You asked the cat, the cat meowed and stood up
"Ok come with me I'll get you food." You said as you carried the cat
You went to the kitchen and placed the cat on the floor, the cat watched you as you prepared one fish and milk.
"Here you go." You said while putting the food infront of the cat, the cat meowed and licked you hand in saying thank you
"Your welcome!" Smiling to the cat,
"Say, do you wanna stay with me?" You ask the cat, the cat paused in eating and stared at you with it's bright blue eyes, it meowed and continued eating
"Ok then, You'll sleep in my room since I don't think Muichiro would like to find a cat in his room." You giggled, After the cat finsihed eating you took a shower and went to bed with the cat.
"Hmm, I think I'll name you, Hmm, Ivey?" You ask the cat, the cat meowed sleepily then started to sleep
"Good night Ivey." You said and you to fell asleep.
