Chapter 12.

I was exhausted to say the least, right after I got back Draco was nowhere to be seen and I had to do all the homework, even our project and plan the competition.

The door was slammed open and I jumped a bit looking over.

"Sorry...bloody Snape again with his lessons. Merlin I hate him." I stand up putting my hand on his arm caressing it softly.

"It's for the best Draco. He will be tough no matter what on us but he wants us alive." Suddenly he picks me up carrying me to the bed and laid us down with him on top of me.

I stayed quiet ad he looked into my eyes and sighed. He caressed my face softly and I saw that he relaxed a bit.

Him laying on top of me and looking at me like this made me have butterflies in my stomach. "You're beautiful, you know that right?" he slowly whispered and was really close to my face.

"I appreciate you Y/n." he slowly pecked my nose and laid his head on my chest. I felt him draw circles and random stuff onto my arm with his fingers, I hugged him and played with his hair.

"We don't deserve this...you don't deserve this Draco." He looked up at me still in my embrace.

"You are the one that doesn't deserve this the most my dear..." I saw a small pout and wanted to kiss him so bad, but I put my lips onto his forehead and smiled as he hugged me tighter.

We don't need to kiss or be in a relationship to show our affection for each other, somehow we both knew this would not work and would be to dangerous. So we just settled for this, without any communication, we both knew there was some kind of love growing between us slowly.

I looked at him holding his face in my hands. "Do you know what would be really good right now?" he asks softly and I raise a brow "Your lips on mine." My lips parted as he said that...

"You know we can't do that." I looked at him sad and caressed his cheek.

He nodded being sad too and kissed my forehead again "Let's go to dinner shall we love?" I smiled a bit at the nickname and we stood up. Somehow he made me wear his Slytherin sweatshirt and I'm not even going to lie it smelt amazing.

As soon as we walked inside I saw Pansy and rolled my eyes, thought she would still be in the hospital wing.

"I think I will puke if I have to sit near her..." I say quietly as we walk down the Great Hall.

"We can go back if you want?" I look up at him and nod, we take some food and rush back out not wanting to be caught by a teacher.

We were now sitting on our bed eating. "What were you doing whilst I was gone?" I looked up and gulped down my food before speaking "I was finishing our project and planning the competition."

"Can I see?" He sounded excited and I smiled picking up my papers from the desk and handing it to him.

"This is amazing Y/n. Dumbledore will definitely allow you to do this." He smiled at me, oh Merlin he is gorgeous.

"Draco..." He raises his eyebrows and I continue.

"Can I give you a nickname?" he seems shocked by what I said and I giggle "You have nicknames for me so why shouldn't I have nicknames for you too..."

He slowly nodded, hesitantly. "Okay so, what about...."

Seriously this guy hates every nickname. Suddenly one came into my mind and I smiled.

"What?" He looked up after placing the plates on the table.

"What about...dragon?" I say hesitantly not knowing if he will like it but this is seriously my last idea.

"Dragon? Why Dragon?" Draco seriously looked confused and it was rather funny.

"Draco is the latin word for dragon..." I bite my lip waiting for his reaction as he looks at the floor.

Suddenly he smiles and nods making me smile and jump around.

"Finally, after an hour!" He laughs and picks me up twirling me around. I look at him and see pure joy in his eyes.

"Let's get ready for bed now darling." He smiles putting me down. I put my hand on his cheek and smile falling asleep.
