"Hello?" I heard a voice say. I could hear it coming from outside my window, so I looked out. Confused and sitting there was Wheels, who smiled when he saw me.

"Hi, Wheels." I smiled back as he waved, "You stuck there?"

"Mind giving me a lift?" He gestured to his wheelchair. I opened my windows that lead to a small balcony outside my room and slowly used my powers to lift him in.

When he wheeled into my room, I continued working on my computer. I could feel his eyes on me but I didn't dare say a word.

"What's your thing?" He broke the silence between us, "My thing?"

"Yeah, Wildcard tells me you're more powerful than him, and he's got every power in the world so, what's your thing?" He crossed his arms in his wheelchair, as if he was doubting me.

"My thing is ecokinesis."

"And what does that mean?" He raised his eyebrow, "It means I can control anything and everything natural. Think of plants, lightning, water. Anything that the world makes naturally, I can control."

"I doubt that can beat Wildcard's power."

I chuckle a bit, "It's not about my power, I'm faster, stronger and smarter than Wildcard, he knows that. My power doesn't just define how powerful I am."

"So why aren't you a Junior Heroic?" Wheels taunts.

"Because I know what I'm worth, and running around risking my life in tight 'supersuits' isn't going to do me any good."

"So you're smart, fast, strong, and pretty, and you choose to do this?" He says, pointing to a lego set I had in the corner of the room. "You need to sort out your priorities."

Pretty? He said the word so casually it took me a while to notice it. But by the time I did, Wheels had already moved on like it was nothing.

Before I could call him out on it, a knock came to the door. Wheels went and opened the door, seeing the Junior Heroics all stand still.

"Who is this?" Rewind asked. Wildcard looked at him and turned to me.

"Guys. This is Mayflower, my sister." He said after a few minutes of silence. "What? Like you've never seen me before?" I chuckled.

They stared at me in awe, like I was an alien as they wore a confused expression. "Wild, you never told us you had a sister."

"So, what's your deal?" Facemaker smirked at me and slowly started to walk in my direction. He extended his arm, trying to get me to shake it.

"This." I grabbed his arm, twisting him forward and slamming him onto the ground.

The room erupted in gasps and shocks. Missy, a girl Wildcard has told me enough about, walks forward. "Are you crazy?!" She screams at me.

"Don't make me hurt a powerless girl," I pout at her as she narrows her eyes at me. "Don't think you can come here and hurt my friends, you didn't even fight the aliens last year, who even are you?"

"Missy, I'd back up if I were you." Wildcard warned, his arms crossed while leaning on a doorway, watching all this happen.

"You wanna fight?" Rewind whispers. I pull him close and I whisper in his ear. "Be careful." This took him by shock as I knee'd him in the stomach. "Anyone else? I'm up for a challenge."

"You there. Come here." I said motioning for Fast Forward to come.

She hesitated, but walked to my side. I let her throw the first punch, but then grabbed her hand and flipped her over.

"Alright! You're done!" Wildcard yells, coming to where the rest of the Junior Heroics were lying on the ground and picked them up one by one. "Jeez, May. I said you could test them, not beat them up."

"Look, some robotic aliens were easy to fight last year, but these people who took are parents are real people, they might be even stronger or taller than us." I scoffed, "The Junior Heroics are not ready to face this."

"Oh, yeah, we're going to need a training montage." Facemaker nodded after I patted him on the back.

"Wildcard. Out to the backyard. You all are smart with your powers, but weak without them." I ordered as the group nodded. I unlocked the doors and windows, carrying Wheels down my window.

"You need to train your physical, even without your powers." My training equipment started to appear one by one in our backyard, "If those people can take away our parents' powers, imagine what they can do to us."

Before I could even get water for the Junior Heroics, each and every one of them ran to a station they wanted to try out.

Balance, speed, agility, endurance, my training ground worked on everything. It was like a big playground to them.

I walked down the backyard with Wheels following me. "Wheels we have a station just for you. Try and practice walking?" He nodded and Wildcard came up to me.

"Huh, I never knew dad had all this just for you." My older brother crossed his arms, his dog tag hanging around his neck. "Sick, huh?"

"May, we can't do this without you." He turned to me, "Help us."

"No, Wild." I shook my head. "What do you mean, no?"

"I mean," I pointed to all the kids on my training equipment. "Dad has all this because he wants me to be better than him, to fight as a Heroic. I don't want to do that."

"Why not? Our lives are in danger here, we need all the help we can get."

"Wild, are you hearing yourself? Your lives are in danger, I'll do anything to help you but risking my life like this, I'm not made to be a hero, Wildcard." I stared into my big brother's eyes, "I'm not going anywhere."

"Fine. We don't need you anyway."

"Fine! We don't need you anyway." I said while walking away. This wasnt true. We did need her.
