I followed the same trail of blood, but this time, the blood splatters were larger. I got to the doors and opened them. My tea glass slipped out of my hands and shattered all over the floor. I ran over to Bokuto first.

"Hey, beautiful." He looked like he was on the brink of death. His usually spikey hair was down. Both of his eyes were swollen. His lips were busted. I couldn't even imagine all of the internal injuries he had. I heard rattling from above. I followed the chains all the way down to his wrists and ankles. "Why are you crying?" I didn't even realize I was crying.

"I need to get you out of here, right now."

"No."

"No?"

"They said that if we try to escape, they are going to kill you."

"I don't care."

"Well, you should care." That's not his voice. I looked at Bokuto, but he was staring at the figure behind me. "If you help them escape, I will kill you. Actually, I won't kill you right now. I will kill you after you have my kids." I felt someone pull me away from Bokuto. Shortly thereafter, my back was met with the cold floor. "Maybe, I should just do it now."

"I thought you left. I saw you walking out with my dad."

"Sweetheart. I saw you when I was walking out. I wanted to see what you were going to do, but obviously, you disappointed me."

"You knew?"

"Do I look stupid to you? Of course, I knew. I knew you got your memories back during breakfast that one morning. Your parents are just too oblivious to notice." I knew I couldn't beat him. He was stronger and bigger than me. If he wanted to, he could kill me with his bare hands.

"What are you going to do?" He slowly inched closer to me until he was in between my legs. His hands lifted my silk nightgown to reveal my panties. "You have two options. One, I can kill them right now. Two, I can kill them right after I fuck you."

"What did they ever do to you?"

"My problem is with the Karasu Clan, but when this owl dude interfered with my relationship with you, he became number one on my hit list."

"I'll marry you if you let them go. My dad listens to you."

"Asteria." He tucked some of my hair behind my ear. "I'm marrying you either way. I planned on killing them tonight anyway, but since you are here, we can have a little bit of fun." He moved closer and rolled his hips against mine.

"Kita." He turned around, and I looked over his shoulder. "Get off my sister. Raping my sister was never in the deal."

"None of you guys are fun." He took out his gun and aimed it at my brother.

"Kita, stop." I ran in front of my brother. "If you kill him, you are committing treason against the royal family."

"Fine." He took out another gun and aimed it at Kuroo. He aimed the other one at Bokuto. "You can't save both of them." I couldn't move. "Don't worry. Their deaths will be nice and slow." Before I could do anything, I felt two arms wrap around my body and pull me out of the room. The last thing I saw was Bokuto's head fall. Everything was numb. My brother held me in his arms, rubbing my head.

"I'm so sorry, Asteria." I shoved my head deeper into his chest. His shirt became damp from the tears that fell from my eyes. "Kita, get away from us. You said that no one was going to die."

"Things change. Now, give me your sister. I'll take her to her room."

"Are you crazy? I'm not letting you anywhe-" I didn't want to upset Kita. I pried myself away from my brother and walked over to Kita. "Asteria. Don't go with him." I looked at my brother one last time.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you earlier. Honestly, you and Bokuto made me feel like I was home." My feet were swept off the ground, and I was carried to my room. My body hurt. Everything seemed to be going in slow-mode. Nothing felt right anymore. I was empty.
