Gwen's pov
"Yer uh. Free to go", Austin said rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "Really", I said with my eyes lighting up. "Yea. And you can have yer little bike back too. We'll even through in a little basket for the scrawny kid over there", he said pointing at Jeremy. "What's the catch", I said raising an eyebrow. "Well I did a little digging and out you were a star on some t.v show. If you could help boost our sales by promoting us, we could cut a deal, split the profits, and forget about this little 'kidnapping' situation. "Fine. But only because I could use the money and I don't wanna spend another hour in here with these two". "That kinda hurt", a voice behind me said. I jumped slightly startled at the voice but when I realized who he was, I quickly rolled my eyes. He started laughing but I just ignored him. "Well yall are free! Take care now!". You know. I'd love to go but maybe you can you know, UNTIE US!" I said still upset about the whole kidnapping thing. I'd listen to the girl. I wouldn't wanna get on her bad side", mystery dude said. "Sorry bout that Ms. Ingrid", Austin said pulling out a pocket knife, cutting away at the ropes. "FINALLY", I said looking at my now pink wrists as the circulation started to come back. He cut mystery dudes ropes and went over to cut Jeremy's as he started to wake up. "Oh we're leaving?", Jeremy asked in a sleepy voice. "No shit sherlock", mystery dude said which I'll admit kinda made me smile. "Well, have a good night!", Austin said turning around. "Now wait just a second there partner. What're you gonna give us in exchange for our silence", mystery dude said gripping the back of his shirt. "W-We had a deal", Austin said nervously. "You and Gwen had a deal. What's in it for me buckaroo?" " How bout 15% off our newest models?" he said scared. "How bout we try this again", Mystery dude said now grabbing hold of Austin's pocket knife. "Woah dude! That's a little too fa-", I tried to say but mystery dude kept interrupting. "What do you want?", Austin said looking like he was about to pass out. "How about a new car. AND free oil changes". "What? That's outta the question!" "Did I stutter?", he said. "Sorry pArtNeR, but that's a little too costly even for me!" "You know what else is costly? Lawyers. Especially in a case like this where you not only kidnapped 2 adults but a MINOR as well as stealing cars and selling them and lets not forget how you tranquilized us and stuffed us in some lousy clo-" "ALRIGHT I'LL DO IT! But you gotta keep yer yapper shut!" "I want a car too", Jeremy squeaked from the edge of the closet. "Yer a little too young for a car now. How about a job?" "No wa-" "He'll take it", I said. "What no fair. You can't make me". "I think those magazines you have under your bed says otherwise", I said smirking while his face blushed. "f-fine I'll take the stupid job", Jeremy said embarrassed. Mystery dude busted out laughing and I couldn't help but start laughing too. "Meet me out front where I'll get yer paperwork ready and give you some options", Austin said stressed. "Can we leave already", Jeremy said still embarrassed. "As soon as I get my bike back", I said trailing behind Austin.
A few minutes later I got my bike back and I was ready to go until I overheard their conversation. There was a black Nissan Altima with a license plate and everything. "To whom should I file this car for?" Austin asked. "Derek Hartfield", he said. He didn't even notice that we were still here until I revved up my Harley and yelled "BYE DEREK!", as I pulled away laughing.
