Gwen pov:"Gwen you look amazing!", Mom said as she snapped a picture. "Thanks", I smiled trying not to show how nervous I truly was. I wasn't so sure about this reunion ball. I know deep down inside, Chris is plotting something but I'm not sure what it was. I still can't believe he found a way to manipulate our contracts. I mean he was devious but to make us go on some crappy fake reunion special right after our last season. Downright brutal. "Gwen are you okay? You seem awfully quiet", Mom said concerned. "I'm fine but it's just unfair how he keeps manipulating our contracts", I said visibly upset. "I know it sucks. But that's just how life is. On the bright side, this is the last time you'll be under the influence of his contracts!" Mom said cheerfully. "Really???" I said with my eyes lighting up. "Yup. I looked through all the paperwork". Just as she said that I heard 3 honks and knew exactly who it was . "That's my ride. Bye mom", I said kissing her on the cheek. "Have fun Gwen!" Mom said waving as I stepped in the car. "Hey Gwen", Bridgette said as we hugged. "Sup Bridge", I responded. "Gwen duuuude whats up", Geoff said as I fist bumped him. "nothing much", I said. "We're gonna turn up brah", he said smiling as usual. He has the power to change ANYONE'S mood. We talked the whole ride and I forgot all about my worries. That is until we got there. "Well this is the place", Geoff said parking the car.
We walked in with Cameras in our face like I expected. "Gweeeeen! What's happenin!" Chris asked putting a mic in my face. I respond with an eye roll and he replied, "Moody. As usual. Geoff and Briiidgeeeette! Our fanbase's 2nd favorite couple!" Chris said with a devious smirk. "What? Whose their favorite couple?" Bridgette said raising an eyebrow. "Why Ducney of course", he said smiling at me. I threw a menacing face at him to which he just smiled even harder. "Cue the montage!" Chris said with a T.V dropping down showing Ducney moments. I just shrugged my shoulders and walked in. "Wait what? Why was she so.... unbothered???" Chris said slightly upset. "That's Gwen for ya", Bridgette smilled. Geoff shrugged at Chris as they walked in. "Yeah whatever", Chris said. "And here come our next former contestants!", Chris said with his voice fading away the further we got. "Wow Gwen. You handled that pretty well!" "Yeah well after years of this b.s, you learn to get over the little things", I said sipping on a refreshment. "Let's forget about that. We have a night to get through", Bridgette said eating a pastry puff. "Yeah you're right", I said. "Who knows, maybe we might actually have a good time". "That's the spirit!" Bridgette said. "The guys are here! Imma go chill with them k babe", Geoff said kissing Bridgette's cheek. "Ok babe. Have fun!", Bridgette said as Geoff walked off. "Hey isn't your date supposed to be coming over?" Bridgette asked. "Yeah I texted him a few minutes ago. He's in traffic right now", I replied. "I can't wait to meet him!", Bridgette said. "Yeah he's cool", I said. "Is that... Trent? He appears to be with some chick", Bridgette said surprised. "Oh yay", I said with my head on the table.
