Hendery was sitting in the school cafeteria, because he had skipped so many periods it was already lunch, and he was watching Dejun chat with Ten.

"Do you guys wanna go to starbucks later?" Ten asked, and Hendery looked up. "Sure, can I bring Xuxi?" Ten nodded happily, and Hendery smiled. "Do you need any blood?" He heard Ten whisper to Dejun. He stared at Dejun, and realized he was actually a vampire, and for some reason he felt unknown fury in his chest, like he was going to lash out at someone. "My treat, since I just met you Dejun and you're already so nice!"

Ten frowned slightly like he wasn't used to something, but quickly smiled again. "You're Dejun's bloodbag?" Hendery asked, pushing his fried chicken towards Xiaojun, earning a nod from Ten. "Do you not like fried chicken-" "I know you love it." Hendery replied. It was almost like a body reflex, but the prince froze at that. How did he know?

Hendery quickly shook it off before the headache came back again, but he noticed Ten's and Xiaojun's flash of excitement which faded soon.

Lucas walked over, and Hendery grinned immediately, pulling something out of his pocket. "Someone gave me this, come on." It was a tiny flower crown, and he put it on Lucas's head, laughing as he did so.

"Someone gave you flowers?" Hendery nodded, shrugging. "A girl I didn't know, she just smiled and gave me flowers. Now look who looks like an elf king." "Said by the actual soon-to-be-king. How ironic." Hendery rolled his eyes, hugging Lucas. "As if I'd want to be king. Baekhyun does his job well, I'd trash up the throne in a second. Oh, and you coming to Starbucks with us later?" Lucas nodded, grinning.

Hendery frowned as lunch was soon over, and he didn't understand the voice he was hearing. It was telling him to stay away from Dejun, and that boy would only ever bring him harm. So blame him if he was a little hostile he ran into Dejun in the corridors while switching periods.

"Hendery!" Dejun actually looked happy to see him, and tried to take his hand. Hendery pulled away, frowning slightly. "I don't like to be touched." He realized how weird that must've sounded, with him hugging Xiaojun in the infirmary just a while ago. "I'm- sorry, it's just my nerves are weird and-" he frowned, noticing how pale Dejun was.

"Have you eaten? As in not human food." Xiaojun shook his head, his vision swarming. "How long haven't you eaten?" "Ever since that one time I fed immediately I was turned..." Hendery growled in frustration, and pulled Dejun towards Doyoung's office, which was the closest.

"Hendery why are you- oh. Right, I'll see myself out." Professor Kim walked out, locking the door for them. "You used to drinking animal blood yet? And why have a bloodbag if you don't take his blood?"

Xiaojun shrugged, his eyes flashing between the two colors. "I- um- I'm not used to human blood either." Hendery's eyes widened at that. "But- wait- the blood you were fed first after you were turned was vampire blood?" Xiaojun nodded, struggling to keep himself upright, and Hendery stopped trying to look for blood in Doyoung's fridge, and unbuttoned his shirt, tapping his collarbone. "Not the neck-" in a flash, he was pushed against the wall, and Dejun had bitten him right under his collarbone, thank god.

Hendery's panting turned heavy, and he let out a low moan, not knowing why this was so pleasurable. Dejun had no signs of stopping, and Hendery didn't try to stop him either, until Xiaojun pulled away, his fangs retracting and he glanced at Hendery, his pupils expanded.

For a second, Hendery was almost certain Xiaojun would pin him to the wall and kiss him, but he merely turned back into his human form, and leaned forward slightly, licking Hendery's puncture wounds clean of blood.

"Bandage yourself, I'm sorry if I went too far-" Hendery shook his head, and went to get the first aid box, fighting the urge to bite Dejun. He was accustomed to human blood, not vampire blood. He didn't want to lose control and his hands trembled, dropping the roll of bandages.

Xiaojun sauntered over, picking the bandages up, then made Hendery take his shirt off, slowly bandaging him up. "There." Hendery stared at Dejun, who looked like a complete angel, except for the tiny bit of blood smeared on his lips. "Thank you... pet." Xiaojun gulped after hearing that nickname, and Hendery couldn't hold himself back anymore. The prince slammed Dejun into the wall, kissing him fiercely, but the pain came back immediately and hit him harder than a truck, making him faint again.

This time when he woke up, he was sitting in an empty lecture hall, and Lucas was at the front of the classroom, glancing at him, unimpressed. "You slammed Dejun quite hard, you know. If he wasn't a vampire his bones probably would've been broken."

Hendery shook off the fuzzy feeling, and tried to get up. Lucas walked over, and pulled him up, the two so close that Hendery's brain went blank for a second. "Do you just really like him that much, so when you two just met you'd let him have your blood and then you'd kiss him?" Hendery was taken back by the pain in Lucas's voice, and how desperate the human sounded.

"Do you really like him that much? To the extent where you don't seem to remember I exist? That I'm also here? Do you honestly not consider me? You admit I'm good looking, you admit I'm a great person, you admit that you had a crush on me when we were 13, so why won't you even look my way?" Hendery didn't even understand what Lucas was getting at. "Xuxi- what are you even talking about-" Lucas swallowed nervously. "Why won't you even consider me as something that's not your best friend?"

"But- but we are best friends- please don't leave or hate me-" Lucas growled, leaning even closer to Hendery. "How fucking dense are you? I want to be more than your best friend, I want to be your goddamn boyfriend."

That statement left Hendery so shocked he didn't even know what to do. Lucas stared at Hendery, trying to get a reaction. "Guan Heng- if you want me to leave your life I will-" Hendery leaned forward, and gave him a brief kiss on the lips.

"Stop talking. Actually, just shut up."

That simple gesture left Lucas so shocked he couldn't even move for a minute or two. "Hendery-" The prince pulled him in for a long kiss, making a decision. "I said shut up."

The two of them were so distracted by the kiss neither of them noticed the two people standing at the door.

"Ten hyung.. What do I do now?" Xiaojun asked, tears already dripping down his face.

For once, even the talkative fruit hating human was at a loss for words.

"I don't know, Dejun... I don't know."
