Steelia- After Arthur Maxon was defeated, Danse took control of the Brotherhood of Steel and defeated The Institute with the help of both The Railroad and Minutemen. He leaves the Commonwealth and returns to Western Brotherhood to turn an elite organization into a nation. A form of government was an absolute authoritarian republic. Danse was ruled as High Elder to control a newly established nation. He contacted the Capitol Brotherhood that was considered to be cast out, brought them back and followed a new leader of the Brotherhood. He made a policy to protect the people while getting all powerful and dangerous weapons and arsenals to prevent wastelanders from getting hands on them. They have a strict policy that if anyone from any faction dares to attack their land, they'll retaliate and declare war. They allow settlers to join a new society and then recruit into the military organization in case any nations or factions will start a war on them.
New California Republic- A nation that still uses imperialism as they sometimes force the settlers and tribes into submission and part of NCR territory. This caused criticism by the New Union State, New Texas Republic and United Territories Commonwealth for imperial movement and forced villages to their submission. They show hostility sometimes, but they must be careful to not angered four nations to start the war after they lose so many men fighting at Mojave against Caesar Legion.
New Union State- Formed by the Enclave splinter faction known as Enclave Reformist led by Gen. Jamison. He seen the Enclave commit genocide on everyone who are consider as mutants, they even killed many vault dwellers from the Vault. This led to his questioning of the Enclave's extreme motives and he disliked the genocidal idea by the President. After the oil rig was destroyed, known as Chosen One, the remaining Enclave scattered through the wasteland. When they heard Col. Augustus defeated the remaining scattered and went into hiding. Gen. Jamison took the opportunity to make a right way for America's future. He gathered his loyalists and fled to Henderson Bunker. The Enclave split into two factions: The Reformist and Presidential. With the help of a person known as The Courier Six, they engage the Presidential Enclave to bring them down once and for all. After the Presidential Enclave was defeated, The Reformist Enclave convinced both settlers and wastelanders to establish a nation to continually the future of America. They built a nation and it became a constitutional republic state. They establish schools to educate children to become intelligent to make land, water, and air clean. Gen. Jamison becomes a president and his second-of-command, Scully, becomes a new general of the Constitutional Union Army.
Free Slave State- A group of businessmen and slave masters work together and establish a state. The slavery proves increase of the economy and they want to stay that way. However, the hostilities from four nations are the threat of a small state so they conscript the slavers and locals into an army to defend their slavery interest. They also have robots to protect to increase numbers to fight off anyone considered to be their threat.
Caesar Legion Remnant- When they lost the war in Mojave and Caesar was killed in action, the high-ranking officers gathered the remaining soldiers and loyal locals to keep the Legion existing. They will have their revenge for bringing down their empire and the loss of Caesar so they decide to adapt modern warfare and weapons to increase their strength.
New Texas Republic- The people of Texas along with Vault Dwellers to establish a nation. A nation becomes the New Texas Republic and establishes the government to maintain a new society establishment. They show good relationships with the New American State, New Texas Republic, and United Territories Commonwealth.
United Territories Commonwealth- After defeating The Institute, Nate the Sole Survivor becomes a hero of the Minutemen. The Commonwealth spread rumors to see him as their savior. He decided to build a new nation that united the Commonwealth and gave equal rights to everyone, especially ghouls. This led to the establishment of a new state after the Danse Brotherhood left the Commonwealth. After hard working rebuilding the cities and streets, the Commonwealth became an independent state and expanded more territories for building homes and businesses. Nate becomes a president of the nation and Preston Garvey becomes a general of the Commonwealth Minutemen Army.
Ghoul Union Commonwealth- Some ghouls seeing people turning an old, wasteland city into a new nation decided to establish their own state. A hundred Non-feral ghouls have taken territory and are considered to be independent although they knew they cannot defend their own so they sign a defense treaty from UTC to be protected from the threat. The GUC built a small army of Non-Feral militias to defend themselves from the threat.
Robotic Society- A group of both sensitive robots and free synths manage to escape thanks to The Railroad, they make a small country for all robots to live without fear of organic beings. Like the Ghoul Union Commonwealth, they sign the defense treaty to be protected from the threat. They sometimes built up a small army in case the UTC was unable to send Minutemen to aid them.
Enclave- The remaining Presidential Enclave still follows the original plan and has retreated to the south. They gathered what's left of the Enclave members to reorganize. A man named Matt J. Jeverson, a last general of Enclave considered himself as the new leader for the Enclave future. He sees Gen. Jamison and his reformists as traitors to the Enclave and making good relations with the wastelanders is very disgusting for him and his group. He is destined to retake America by purging every mutant in the wasteland and only pure humans to live on the continent. They get all technologies from the wasteland and reengineer it to their tech to upgrade weapons, power armors, and arsenals to start invasion of the Wasteland. They also establish a state and it becomes a military dictatorship for all pure humans living in society. They rounded up the mutants to sent to the hard labor factory to working without rest, some were conscripted into an army as cannon fodders, and some were experimented and transformed into slave soldiers following orders without question.
