There are some universe who prefer to stay out of the war and be neutral. Even after SAA defeated for occupied their homeworlds, they will not join the multiverse war due to that they are not capable to handle that long war, but they willing to give resources, supplies, and materials anyway to the Allies to keep it up until the war is over and they will live peacefully. They also a reason to not interfere the multiverse war is because they are not capable to fighting a pre-long war and don't have enough manpower to fight them.
