You panicked. He knew who I was and didn't say anything? What a fake.

Your heartbeat finally managed to slow down as you proceeded to your next class. You headed for your assigned desk closer to back of the classroom, near the window. When you set your bag down, you noticed a slip of paper on your desk and you quickly sat down, trying not to draw attention to yourself as you unfolded and read the note.

It was nice to officially meet you. If you're not busy and looking for something to do, come by the 2nd gym after school.

You folded the note quickly and put it in your bag. You couldn't help your temperature rising as you looked around the room. You spotted his gray hair from across the room. He wasn't looking at you, luckily. He was focused on his notebook, preparing notes for the lecture and talking with another male beside him who had short, dark hair and somewhat darker features. They appeared to be best friends from an outsiders standpoint. How did you not notice that he was in the same class as you? Come to think of it, you thought you had seen him in two of your other classes. Then again, you never really paid much attention in class anyway.

Class went by slow, and you couldn't help but feel a tiny bit embarrassed. You glanced over from time to time to Sugawara, who appeared to take notes diligently and paid close attention to the teacher. You looked down at your notes, full of little doodles and not much actual writing. You weren't bothered by this, considering you still got decent grades, but you couldn't help but wonder if you should be working harder. It's not like you currently planned to go to college or study abroad. Was that even an option at this point?

Class finally came to an end and you saw Sugawara head out with two other guys, the one he sat beside and another, who you believed was named Azumane. You didn't know him personally, but the two of you were forced to do a group project together several times when you were second years. Hard to believe, but he actually is not as scary as he looks. You remembered how sweet he actually was when working together. Makes sense his friend is also Mr. Kindness. They all seemed to head in the same direction.

After leaving, you found yourself back in the courtyard and sat down on one of the benches, getting a book out of your book bag that you had to read as your homework. You managed to get a quarter through the book before getting bored so you decided to quit. You reached into your bag again, looking for a spare sheet of paper or something to use as a bookmark. You pulled out the small slip of folded paper you had found earlier and read it again. Should I go? Why would he possibly want to meet me outside of school?

You shoved the folded paper inside your book and put it away. You considered going home, but remembered that both of your parents had the day off, and you didn't feel like being bombarded once you got into the house. You stood up and made your way to the gyms instead..
