Blood Lust

Then suddenly Jimin saw...

Kimsung's red colour hair was slowly changing into a shade of dark purple. Jimin then broke the hug and looked at kimsung shocked. she was holding her head in her hands, covering her face. Her nails started to grow rapidly into sharp talons. Dark purple and blue veins started apperaing in Kimsung's pale white hands.

Jimin stared in shock at what was happening infront of him. "RUN!" Kimsung suddenly yelled, "RUN"! Jimin's eyes widened. "No," Jimin refused," I am not going to leave you like thi- Kimsung then yelled out loud, cutting off Jimin.

Jimin cautiously got nearer to Kimsung and tried to hold Kimsung's hand, just as his hand made contact with Kimsung's hand, Kimsung yanked her hand away and punched Jimin's chest, sending him flying backwards. Jimin quickly got on his feet and backed away a bit and stared at Kimsung frightened.

Now since Kimsung wasn't covering her face no more, Jimin could see that her eyes were pure blood red and dark veins surrounded her eyes. Kimsung then covered her face again and started to writhing on the ground while screaming as if she was in deep pain.

Now some people had gathered around the streets after they heard the loud screams. Their eyes wide open in shock. Children hug their mom and dad with wide shocked eyes and crying. Jimin then took a step forward cautiously without taking his eyes off Kimsung.

He moved a bit more near Kimsung. Suddenly Kimsung jumped up and lashed at Jimin. Jimin immediately withdrew fast but Kimsung's talons managed to make contact with Jimin's wrist resulting 3 scratch marks to form and draw out blood.

Kimsung noticed the blood and her eyes grew wide. She started running towards Jimin as he backed up to a light pole while holding his bleeding hand. Before Kimsung get too near to Jimin, a bullet was shot at her shoulder, making Kimsung hiss and looked at where the bullet was shot. It was a cop. Someone had called the cops during the transformation.

Kimsung yelled out furiously and started running fast towards the cop who had his gun still pointed at Kimsung. The cop kept firing the gun. He managed to fire 10 bullets at Kimsung before Kimsung ran towards him and scratched his hands furiously, making him drop his gun. Then Kimsung flung her legs and hands around the cop and wrestled him to the ground.

Kimsung was now on top of the cop. The cop thrashed his limbs under the vampire trying to get away. Kimsung lowered her head towards the cop's neck, then bought her head back up, and then quickly bought her head down and sank her fangs into the skin and sucked the soul out of him.

The cop eventually died because of massive blood loss. Kimsung then turned around to see Jimin back on his feet with shocked eyes. Her gaze moved to the other people and saw all of them stare back at her with horror filled eyes and the children hugging their parents and crying loudly.

Her gaze moved back to Jimin who now looked like he's at the verge of crying, holding his hand. "K-Kimsung......",Jimin muttered nervously. For a second, Jimin could see a tint of sadness show in her eyes. But it soon faded away and her eyes returned to red colour.

Kimsung's P.O.V

I look around, the people who had gathered, there eyes filled with horror and children holding onto their mother's and father's hands so tightly and tears streaming down their faces twisted in horror.

My gaze moves to the carcass of the policeman's body lying lifeless on the cold concrete pavement. "What have I done...", Kimsung  thought. She couldn't control her blood lust and even killed an innocent. She lifted up her hands and looked at them. Blood was smeared all over er hands. It was the policeman's blood.

I looked up and saw a worried Jimin walking towards her. He was slowly nearing towards me. I didn't want to hurt him. He lifted his non-injured arm and kept it on my shoulder. I can feel his hand was shivering. I can smell his sweet blood and it's driving me crazy. Never have I ever smelled such sweet human blood. But I can't drink it, I don't wanna hurt him. I.....I l-.....I l-love h-im. I -l-love this h-human. 

Before my hunger overtakes me I push him, causing him to stumble back and fall on the ground. Taking one last look at him, I jumped up and flew away from the scene. I flew higher and higher towards the sky. I didn't stop until I was floating inbetween the night clouds. 

"I'm sorry Jimin. I hope one day you will forgive me. You are better off without me in your life", I thought to myself as a single tear slides down my cheek. I wipe it away with the back of my hand. "I love you Jimin".
