Chapter 3

Bella's POV

I wake up with a start great looks like seven years of the same nightmare will never end. I grab my towel and undress in my bathroom, I decide on a bath I fill up my bath with a unicorn bath bomb it makes me feel like a kid again once the tub is filled with relaxing warm water I get in and rub my body wash over me before grabbing the shower head to wash the soap off my neck and shoulders. I turn off the shower head. Relax into the bath for a minute before wetting my hair apply my shampoo rinse off then I leave my conditioner in for a few minutes. Rinse off  I squeeze excess water out of my hair stand up and wrap my towel around me. Once out I take the plug out off the tub, and dry off.

I put my hair into a loose plait and tie it with my hair bobble (hair tie). I put on my baggy red jumper that falls slightly on one shoulder, jeans and converse. The guard Jake brings in my breakfast once finished he takes it away I go and brush my teeth, then read through my notes for the exams an hour and 13minutes later Tina is escorted inside. I leave my books on the bed to greet her. "Girl I'm bricking this exam English is the worst." I smirk I actually like English literature but then again I read tuns of books what else do you do when trapped in a cell. "You'll do great we're top students plus you study with me if I do well you will too. Secretly I think I've got this so just channel my mind and you'll get it too." She hugs me I can hear her heartbeat settle into a steady rhythm. She sits at the bottom of my bed whilst Harry another guard brings in a table and chair ignoring us whilst he sets up Tiana's table and chair in my bathroom for her exam.
After our short study and discussion of what we've learnt our tutor Mrs. Lesley comes in with a file I'm guessing those are our exam papers. She greets us briefly before telling us to go to our seats. I squeeze Tina's hand "good luck hun." She hugs me in return and goes into the bathroom to her table. Once our papers are in front of us Mrs. Lesley tells us to begin and starts her timer for the first exam is an hour and 45 minutes.
I finish writing my two essays 15minutes ago I have two minutes left I'm re-reading through my essays to see if I need to correct any grammar. "Pens down girls." I drop my pen and rub my right hand from its ache. "Ok girls I'll give you a ten minute break for snacks then you will go back to your seats for your final exam ok." We nod I grab Tina a sandwich whilst I just take my water. Werewolves have higher metabolism than witches. Witches metabolism is like a humans. So I just drink my water whilst we relax a little from our first exam. I think the next exam which will be mostly on discussion of our syllabus will be the harder one for me. We were told to get back to our desks.

After the exam which wasn't as bad as I feared Mrs. Lesley took our papers and left we chatted for a bit before I took her into my hidden cove only Tina knows about. She gave me a small box with a small newt inside. I warned her it could get slightly gruesome, but she's a werewolf and often hunts in wolf form, so she assured me she wasn't squeamish.
After I chopped the head off the newt I threw the head into the pot it stank like sewage. I added my blood, the blood of a witch. I threw in some white feathers for purity and stirred. Tina turned up her nose at the smell. "So this should break the lasso?" "Yes and no. This will weaken the link I will have to use my magic to burn off the bond linking me with the witch who cursed it upon me." Yes my father hates witches but knew an evil bitch Witch Farah who not only told him how to kill my mother but to also trap me in this room with a lasso. Little does he know I've been studying magic since I could talk.

Whilst that potion brews for three hours we come out of the lair and we chatted about our plan tomorrow's the day. I hug her and pack away my stuff. I hear my fathers voice and Richard's voice. Why are they here my palms start sweating shit what's happening please don't beat me.
My father bursts in first followed by Richard. They both don't look pleased. Do they know what I've planned, but I know Tina wouldn't sell me out she's my bessie. I stand straight like welcoming an officer I never really see them, just the guards. "Bella I hear your doing well in your exams if you were a wolf I'd be proud, but ehh." He shrugs like he doesn't care. "I bet your wandering why we're here don't fret your not in trouble this time. You may or may not be aware tomorrow we are welcoming the Alpha from the Craw-Link pack. To which you will remain locked and heavily guarded in your room. All other females in this pack are to attend except you. This Alpha won't have the same burden for a mate I did. I thought it polite to inform you, should you make much racket up here you will be punished severely understood." I nodded my head. Well what's new I'm always excluded, why'd he bother with this waste of speech. "I understand Alpha, Beta I won't make any noise. Thank you for informing me of tomorrow's events." I don't actually care plus I already knew ha stupid Alpha and Beta. They both gave me stern looks that said 'be warned you better stay here.' By the time they even think about me Tina and I will be outta here.

After my father and cousin leave I read for a few hours before opening my secret lair taking my potion off the heat and pour it into a large jug. I then close the lair up again and take a shower do my nightly routine and go to bed tomorrow's escape day, hopefully if I go to bed earlier I'll get a little more sleep.
