Bella's POV

I wake up and Blake is not beside me so I call out to him he must be in the office today so I get up and waddle into the bathroom I'm tired of being pregnant I'm over it now I know some of you are like 'you can't say that' but it's true. I take out my bubble bath and remove my bed sheet I let the warm water soothe my tired body, and it works until I begin to feel another contraction. Seriously I'm bed-resting Braxton Hicks give me a break I rub my swollen baby pump and gasp as another contraction hits me. They are contractions but more intense than I'm getting used to. I shift upright in the tub and groan wincing as pain travels to my back. Is this labour. I want to get out of the tub but these contractions aren't easing. After the water has turned cold I drain it and mind-link Blake but he's not replying. Great once I bring our pup into the world I'll kill him.

I mind-link Tina and after a quick flapping I hear her bound through the house and open the door. Whilst I'm trying to speak through my panting. "N-nneed t-to gget to ttthe hospital." "Where's Blake hun?" I glare at Tina and she drops the topic. She wraps me in my towel and struggles helping me out of the tub. I manage to get to my bed as Tina riffles threw my wardrobe for casual clothes. More bloody pain, to think I was excited to be a mum I changed my mind now. I rub my tummy and moan as another contraction hits me. I tell Tina to try contacting the dead Alpha. She gets him How BASTARD he's sleeping on the spare room from now on jerk-face. "WHERE'S MY SHIT OF A FIANCÉ!" I scream out in pain I mind-linked my doc who's already looking after me why can't my stupid mate do the same. "Alpha was in Globe Scar Pack for a meeting but he said he was coming hun." I pant trying to squash my bubbling anger.
"Luna good news your pup is coming quickly along so when you feel like pushing..." he doesn't finish I scream and begin pushing this pup out finally. I guess his/her dumb father won't be here for the birth asshat. Karina comes in taking over from Tina. She supports my back rubbing comforting circles as I pant and push. I'll have to take a shower after this. "Sweetie your doing brilliantly keep pushing it'll be over soon." Karina may be my mother in mating and in law soon, but she's like my mum so I'm glad Karina's here helping me. After two hours I hear a beautiful sound. "Congratulations Luna you have a beautiful baby girl." At that exact point a flustered looking Blake rushes into our room. I lie back as the doctor hands me my little girl. I feel tears soaking my face but they're not mine they're Blake's. "She's stunning angel my little princess, thank you love you did fantastic." "I think her name should be Amara Lilly Ryans." Blake smiles lovingly at Amara "perfect" his little girl stunned him into silence nice one.
"Luna I just need to take little Amara for a quick weigh." I reluctantly, carefully place her into the doctor's arms as Amara let's out a scream of protest closely followed by Blake who's not happy she's crying. "Doc what are you doing wait until my girl's asleep leave her with her mother." It was a command I'm relieved when the doc comes back placing her back into my arms. If he was in his wolf's form his tail would be in between his legs.
I bend down and kiss her perfect temple. I then tell Blake to hold his daughter he refuses at first but I know he's excited to hold her, he's just nervous. "Come on she won't break just hold her like I am and she'll be fine." Blake hesitatingly holds Amara for the first time.
Our little girl was born at 11:05am weighing a healthy 5lbs 8ounces. Blake took over as chief holder. After the doc checked Amara who is completely healthy. Blake wouldn't let anyone else hold her too scared they'd hurt her neck if they picked her up wrong. And I thought I'd be the overbearing parent.

A week has passed and Amara's welcoming ceremony is starting soon. I place her in her father's arms whilst I create the call of the ancestors spell. We decide to have the entire pack in the training field. Everyone is dressed up beautifully. Our little girl will be blessed by my ancestors even though she's not a witch they want to bless her with a gift a magical gift that will help her or guide her should she ever need it.
My grandmother appears and the pack gasp in shock as they've never seen anything like this before. Some take a few steps back. "Hi grams thanks for doing this." Grams comes out of the circle and I immediately hug her tightly. "Darling you look gorgeous Today we welcome Amara Lilly Ryans into the Martins family. Though she isn't a witch she is family and will always hold magic in her blood. May I hold my great-granddaughter." Blake approaches calmly and carefully places our princess in her great-grandmother's arms as Amara wriggles in gram's arm getting comfortable. "Today we bless you forever with magic that will guide you through life. We bless you with the power of sight, you will be able to see things happen before they do you will then be able to change the outcome of what you see should it be not to your pleasing. You are blessed with one of the most powerful magics known use it wisely dear." My ancestors surround Amara as I worriedly look over their shoulders to make sure Amara's not in any pain. After her gift has been settled Grams places her back in my arms and hugs my side. "Sweetie look after her this gift may at first scare her but something is going to happen to Amara when she is older and she needs to know how to change the outcome. That is why we blessed her with this gift. However I must warn you not everything she'll see can be altered, but it will give her time to prepare for a brighter outcome." This worried me was someone going to hurt my little girl. Blake took her in his arms and walked away back inside the house he hated hearing what my Grams said of something she would have to prepare for. I'm grateful for the gift they bestowed her with but I feel she's too young for it surely a different gift would've been better. I thank my ancestors "bless it be." With my final words they dissipate into their orbs and disappear. "Thank you for attending the food will be served now I'll bring your Alpha out again and we'll begin the celebrations." I loudly announce to the pack who wolf whistle and begin their track to the bbq.
"HUNNY WHERE ARE YOU!" I call for Blake who mind-links me from the nursery. "WHY THE GIFT OF BLOODY SIGHT!" "SHHH you'll wake Amara. Look the gift of sight is the best gift to bless someone with. Do I wish she was given a different gift yes I do. My grandmother knows what she's doing I'll help Amara through it but she wouldn't of be given this gift if it wasn't important and for her protection it would help, she won't be able to fix everything with it but it will give her the biggest help in preventing dangerous situations. My grandmother always told me everything happens for a reason, there's always a reason for magic, to help protect or to destroy I know this is scary I don't want Amara to ever be in danger as much as you don't so this will help keep her away from danger or help her change it." I wrap my arms around Blake's neck and pull back slightly to kiss him. Blake holds me tightly against his chest and slips his tongue into my mouth. I moan into his mouth as he groans and I feel him harden against my stomach I pull back earning a growl from Blake "it's still a celebration for our little girl come on everyone's waiting outside." I pick up Amara and take his left hand as we walk back out to the party I gratefully place Amara in her Aunty Tina's arms as she coos over her little face completely ignoring me great thanks buddy.
We eat and enjoy the feast of food, cooked for us by Sebastian the best chef ever in my opinion. I chat and joke with the other pack mothers who of course scare me with they're pups antics as they grew up Blake comfortingly rubs my thigh hidden under the table.
