Chapter 2

Mckenzies pov-

"Mom we need to go now! We have to pick up Kylie before, remember?!" I yelled upstairs to my mom who was doing her makeup, I'm sure.

I decided I should check my appearance one more time since I'll be meeting some of the hottest guys on the Internet. Especially Cameron Dallas.

My long blonde hair was down and in waves. My makeup was normal, eyeliner, gold eyeshadow, mascara, & concealer.
I had my 'obey.' T shirt on, my ripped skinny jeans, and some black converse.

"Cmon mom.!" I rolled my eyes. She's never on time.

"I'm coming!" She yelled dashing down the stairs.

Mason, my brother, walked up behind me and smacked the back of my head.

"See ya in 3 months loser." He said taking a drink of the can of coca cola he had in his hand.

"Really, Mason? That's the nicest you could do? Go redo that again." My mother scolded him.

Mason groaned as he came over to me again.

"Goodbye, dear sister, I will deeply miss you in the next three months." He said sarcastically, and pulled me into a hug.

It was a good opportunity to hit him back. So I did on the back of the head.

"Ow! Mom!!" He said wanting defense from our mom.

"Why God? Why can't I have normal children that like each other. Your supposed to go easy on me, after all I'm a single mother." She looked up to the ceiling.

I cringed at the mention of that. My father died about 6 months ago. He got in a car accident and got killed on impact.

After she mentioned my father the room fell silent. You could hear a pin drop.

"Well you guys better get going." My brother said and pushed us out the door.

"Bye mo I love you. I'll see you in a couple months." I hugged her once more before boarding the plane.

"This is gonna be so fun." Kylie said as we got our seats.

"I know just me you and tons of other internet stars." I smiled thinking about it.

The plane took off and before I knew it I was asleep.

"Kenzie, kenz.!" Kylie was poking me.

"Leave me alone." I said and turned my head.

"Fine, I guess I'll just go and see Cameron Dallas, and maybe even ask him on a date." She smiled innocently.

"Want me to slit your throat?" I smirked.

"Let's go, I got my eyes on Nash anyways. " she laughed.

"So ladies, this is Andrea Russet, Tasia Alexis, Mahogany lox, and Maggie Lindemann. The other girls on tour with us." The man, I think his name is Jared, spoke.

I greeted all of them. They all seemed pretty cool and nice. I think we will all be great friends.

"Alright, guys and over here, is Cameron Dallas, Nash Grier, Jack Dail, Matthew Espinosa, Walker Rogers, & Shawn Mendes." Jared introduced.

"Hi Mckenzie, it's nice to finally meet you.!" Cameron hugged me as well as Nash.

I screamed inside.

"Hey Mckenzie, I'm Jack, it's great to have you as part of our family." Jack hugged me also.

I got this weird feeling inside like butterflies.

"Uh-he-hi Jack." I stumbled over words as I blushed.

"So whatcha gonna wear for the kick off party tonight?" Maggie said as she typed away on her phone.

"Uhm I was thinking of a dress." I laughed.

She sat up and quit typing, looking at me instead.

"I can help with that." she grabbed my hand and led me to my suitcase.

She looked through all my dresses as I watched her.

"How about this?" She held up a dress and shoes in the other hand.

"It's perfect!" I smiled, "thanks mags!"

Maggie was wanding my hair as I did my makeup. Kylie was with Tasia in her room.

Our room partners for the whole tour was-

Maggie and I
Tasia and Kylie
Andrea and Mahogany
Cameron and Nash
Matthew and Shawn
Jack and Walker

I got lost in my thoughts again because Maggie was yelling my name.

"Kenzie! Look I'm done." She gave me a hand held mirror.

It looked gorgeous.

"Thanks so much Maggie! I love it!" I smiled.

I then went to get into my dress and shoes.

I slipped on my white dress that came to just above my knee. I put on my plain silver pumps.

I looked over my appearance in the mirror again, to make sure I look okay.

I smiled into the mirror pleased with how I looked, and walking into the living room to find Maggie.

"Ready, Kenz?" Maggie asked slipping on her high heels and grabbing her over the shoulder purse.

"Yeah!" I smiled. We walked out the door.

"Wow this is amazing!" I yelled over the bass of the speakers.

"I know! Expect a lot of these! Your famous now." Maggie nudged my shoulder.

"Hello ladies" Walker and Jack walked over to us.

Wow, Jack looked hot. He was in khaki pants with a blue button up shirt on, which had all but 4 buttons at the top buttoned. Well dang.

Maggie walked off with Walker, I think they went to dance.

"So, Kenzie, would you like to dance with me?" Jack asked.

"Sure." I smiled.

Jack grabbed my hand and led me onto the floor. This song has such a cool beat drop.

I let the music take over my body. I moved my hips and danced like I had never danced before.

The song ended and I realized Jack and Cameron were staring at me, their eyes wide.

"Wow kenz, your a great dancer." Jack said in awe.

The next song started, it was a slower song.

Jack grabbed my hand and pulled me into him. He put his hands around my waist. I put mine around his neck. We swayed back and forth.

The song was over way to soon, I wanted to stay that close to Jack forever. I felt safe with him.

The song was long over and we were still holding each other, looking into one another's eyes.

Jacks eyes flicked to my lips then back up to my eyes. As if asking permission to kiss me. I gave him a reassuring nod and giggled a bit. He pulled his head closer to mine, and pressed his lips gently to mine.

I felt Sparks and things I had never felt before. It was crazy.

Way too soon jacks lips were off mine. I turned around to see cameron, wide-eyed and a...hurt expression on his face?
