*My name is Ochaco Uraraka, and this is my story. I'm going to say it now, it's not pretty. But I have to get it out sooner or later, because people deserve to know what horrors I've been through.*
*My story begins not long after my father's construction business was failing, forcing him into drunken desperation. *
"What are we going to do? We're low on our rent, and I can barely afford clothes for Ochaco!" My mother cried. I watched from just outside the room, knowing something bad was happening. Not because of Mom, though. Because Dad wasn't drinking like normally. He looked quite sober instead, although tired and nervous.
"Honey, I have it all worked out. Tomorrow, we won't have to worry." He said, getting up from his seat.
"What do you mean?"
Just then, a knock came from the door to our apartment. My father went over to the door and opened it. Three men came inside, all mean and tough-looking. At least, that's what I thought of them back then.
"We have the money. Now where's the girl?" One of the men asked. I became frightened. Somehow, I knew they were talking about me.
"Ochaco?" My mother looked confused, but then her eyes widened. "You BASTARD!" She ran at my father, grabbing a knife from the counter. Just when she was about to stab him, a gunshot went off. She fell to the ground, a small black hole between her eyes oozing red. My father whipped around, seeing one of the men holding a gun.
"Why did you- you weren't supposed to-" he stuttered, before a second gunshot rang out, and he fell too.
I ran into my room, trying to escape through the window, but they grabbed me. The last thing I remember was one of them saying:
"You really thing the bosses' experiments will work?"
*MEANWHILE, WITH BROCCOLI BOI*
"Please be careful with Izuku right now, kids. He's been diagnosed as..... Quirkless." A young woman said to her class of 5-6 year old kids.
"Hey, Deku. Because your quirkless, what are you gonna do?" A blonde boy asked the green-haired kid.
"Kacchan, I- I still want to be a hero!" Izuku said, looking up at his best friend. "I'll- I'll be Number One, no matter what!"
Katsuki Bakugo looked down to his friend, studying him. Then a big grin grew on his face. "You really want to try and be a hero, even without a quirk?" He asked, sounding dumbfounded. Then, he held his hand out to his friend, helping him up off the floor. "Then let me help you out."
Izuku looked at Bakugo, surprised at his friend. "You- want to help me? But don't you want to be Number One too?"
"Sure do! We can make it a competition! But that doesn't mean I'm not willing to help you train! Friends are meant to help each other no matter what, right?" Bakugo said, still wearing his grin.
Izuku smiled, truly happy. "Right!"
**Guys, please remember this is my first story, so don't leave hate. I will take advice, but if you're here to just hate on my ships or the fact that I barely know what I'm doing, then just go and find something that suits YOU. that's all I want to say.**
