Chapter 42.

Somi and Chaeyoung are getting ready for their wedding today

Chaeyoung's friends, especially Mina already know that Somi and Chaeyoung will now get married because Mr. Jeon announced about this matter on social media that the two will continue their marriage

Somi, her family and guests are just waiting for Chaeyoung to arrive at the church to start the wedding

Chaeyoung was already on her way to church but someone's car blocked her way

Fortunately, Chaeyoung's foot was fast enough to break the car because otherwise, she might have collided with the car that blocked her driveway

The person who was driving, get out of the car and Mina reveal herself

Chaeyoung remained inside her car but she could see how Mina's tears fall down her cheeks through the mirror

Chaeyoung ignored her and started her car instead but Mina was quick to block Chaeyoung's pathway as she extended her both arms out straight to her sides

The wedding will start in a few minutes so if Chaeyoung will be late on time, people in the church might think she might back down again

And because she is getting piss, she got out of her car and confronted Mina

"get out of my way" Chaeyoung firmly said

"NO! Because if I let you get out of here, I will lose my right to you for the rest of my life!" Mina yelled with tears, still in a "T" form

Mina ignored the tears that were already dripping from her eyes

"do you remember Chaeyoung how you chose to be beaten at the press conference just don't marry Somi? You would rather be beaten up by her father than sacrificing us Chaeyoung!" Mina said while sniffing

"you would rather be hurt by Mr. Jeon and mommy than losing me in your life because you love me!" she yelled

"you remember in the pool when Jeongyeon kissed me and when she almost raped me? You almost killed her because you don't want others to touch me!"

"the way you back hugged me under the bright moon and you asked me "the moon is beautiful, isn't it?" Do you remember that?" Mina continued with tears in her eyes

Mina reminds Chaeyoung of all their happy days, because Chaeyoung's heart might soften when she remembers how much she loves the woman in front of her

"stop bringing back those shitty da----"

Chaeyoung didn't finish herself when Mina suddenly run towards her and hug her very tightly

"please don't go Chaeyoung, stay here, stay with me I'm begging you"

After Mina said those, she burst into sobs while hugging Chaeyoung as if, it will be the last hug between the two

"what happened to you when you trusted her? She played with you Chaeyoung, she did not love you because if she really loved you, she would not play with you from the start"

Chaeyoung is about to hug back Mina but Bambam's words flashed through her mind that stopped her from hugging the woman who was crying while hugging her

So instead of hugging Mina, Chaeyoung pushed her away

"my bride is waiting for me" Chaeyoung said coldly as she get in of her car and left Mina on the road

Even if Mina will be hurt, even if it shatters her world into a million of pieces, she came to the wedding of Somi and the person she loves the most

"I promise you Chaeyoung that I will be a good wife to you, that I will take care of you until we grow old, that you have me through ups and downs" Somi said

Mina did not stop crying to witness the person she loves marrying someone else

"I promise you Somi that I will take care of you as much as I can. Like you, you have me through ups and downs, I will not leave you even if the world separates us. Your parents, the god and the people who are here today are witnesses that from now on I'm all yours" Chaeyoung said as her vows

Mina crushed her wolrd even more, she can't hide the pain she feels

"that should be me Chaeyoung, I should be your wife. I should be in Somi's place, you should promise me that" Mina's thought while crying

She just keeps herself from crying out loud, because she might grab the attention of the people in the church while she is outside

But she hurts even more because she can't let out the pain she feels to witness Chaeyoung and Somi wearing their rings, a sign that they are already tied to each other after this

"if I lose you Chaeyoung, I will never believe that love long lasts" she said in her mind

"I see my future with you but you see your future with Somi. How hurts Chaeyoung, you kill me"

"you are afraid of losing me and yet you let yourself lose me" Mina continued saying in her mind, still with tears in her eyes

It is already part of the wedding where Chaeyoung will kiss Somi

"don't kiss her Chaeyoung, you still have a minutes to come back to me"

"If you kiss her, you won't be mine anymore" Mina's thought while watching the two

But the moment Chaeyoung and Somi's lips touch, Mina's knees weakened as she fell while she held her chest due to the extreme pain her heart feels right now

It was as if she had been killed to see Chaeyoung married to Somi, whom the person she loved chose to marry someone else

Her hand is in her mouth, preventing herself from crying out loud while her other hand is on her chest

But they said, that it is more painful to cry quietly because you can literally feel the pain

"I wish, you just let me die in the container rather than let me get hurt like this" Mina said and there, she failed to control her pain anymore as she cry out loud while burying her head in her knees.
