Camilla's POV

I got to my office which was opposite Ethan's door and stared at it in awe.

"I see you like your office",a familiar voice came from behind me.

I turned around startled to see Ash and Jen standing at the doorway.

"Yeah , I love it",I said looking around.
Suddenly, Ash lunged herself at me.

"Oh my gosh, I missed you so much , we can't keep acting  like strangers anymore",She said with a teary face.

" Hey it's okay, you've forgiven me,right?,I asked unsure.

"I was never mad at you Cami, though I was a little hurt".She responded

" And I didn't even know what was going on",Jenna added

"Come on Jen ,join the group hug",Ash said.

With that I just realized I have a lot of work to do

"Now out you too,I have lots of work", I said shooing them out.

" No fair ",I heard Jen mumble.

I placed my hands on my hip and let out an frustrated sigh.

Where do I begin?

The previous secretary was sure a bit messy.

The door opened suddenly and I looked at the intruder and saw Miles standing at the doorway with a grin plastered on his face.

"Hey,sorry you might be busy but since it's break time,do you wanna get lunch with me",He asked rubbing the back of his head nervously.

" Ummm....Sure,I mean am done anyways .I said,packing up my stuff.

I walked up to the door and followed after him.

We got to the restaurant few minutes later, got settled and ate. So we decided to to use our remaining time to get to know each other

"So tell me more about yourself",He asked. Typical lines men always say to start up a conversation.

"It depends on what you know about me",I replied.

"Wel- ",He started but was cut of by the chiming of the bell . I looked  towards the door and saw Men in formal suits coming in .

Maybe, they're here for a meeting

Meeting!!

I checked the time on my wristwatch and found out that it was indeed 2pm.

I quickly stood up, reaching for the exit.

"What's wrong",Miles asked confused trying to reach me.

"Later,thanks for the treat",I told him.

I opened the exit door and then bumped into a chest.i looked up groaning with my hand on my forehead.

"Hey are you ok",the man asked with his hand on my waist trying to steady me.

"It's fine",I said getting out of his grip.

"I'm Aiden Black, you are",He said sticking his hand out.

" I'm Camil-", I  tried to say.

" I don't pay you to be flirting with my clients  ,Miss Pierce",Ethan spat out bitterly.

I gasped ,I didn't know he was there all along, I stared at him taking in his appearance,he balled his hands into a fist at his sides waiting for a reply.

"It's not what it looks like",I said looking at Aiden.

" Whatever, let's start the meeting",He said and walked past us.

Before he could open the door ,Miles came out searching around frantically. He came straight to me and held my arms.

"Where did you run off t-",His sentence was cut off after taking in his environment.

His eyes widened Immediately he saw Ethan clenching his jaw.

"And May I ask what you're doing here Mr. Cooper.",Ethan asked sternly.

" I -um as-ked um Cami on to go on a date with me",he stuttered.

Well,I didn't know this was a date.

"Umm Miles ,I will umm see you later",I said nervously ,pushing him back a little gesturing him to leave before Ethan bites his head off.

"Ok yeah ,later",He said making it worse by giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"Ok,Bye",I said giving him a murderous glare which went unnoticed by him.

Ethan balled his hands by his sides,boring holes into the back of Miles fading figure.
If I didn't know any better,I could tell he was jealous.

"Okay........",Aiden drawled.

Without any word Ethan stormed inside.

"After you",Aiden said gesturing me to go inside with his hand.

Could this day go any worse?

Ashley is a lot closer to Camilla than Jenna ,so you might be seeing more of her later on in the story.
