:PERSONALITY:
He's one who sets his goals and then shortly afterwards achieves them. He can't stand not accomplishing his goals, simply due to the fact that he's a determined soul who likes to achieve whatever he believes he can achieve. He's very friendly to most, and due to that he makes friends with ease. He's always kind of like a shoulder to cry on, which he doesn't mind truth be told. He enjoys people being in his company, so he likes for people to hang around for whatever reason they happen to have. He is one to have his own assumptions about many, which can make him come off as judgmental simply because he is. He judges people far too soon, but he hates to admit it. Until he admits it though he can't do anything to fix it. He's always been a very calm one, not the type to get involved in fights and instead prefers to talk it out with people. If you manage to piss him off that's a sign that you're a very irritating little bitch. Or that's what he has to say about it. Once he does get mad though it's fairly hard to get him to calm back down, and it's best to just leave him alone and make sure no-one else bothers him either. He doesn't like to get mad, so he does his best to avoid it.

:BACKGROUND:
He grew up with only his father, his mother having left him and his father whenever James was only two and a half. His father's done very well in life, being a well known lawyer who's won almost all of his cases, so James has definitely grown up in a stable home. He has an adopted little sister, who's only five at the moment. She's freaking adorable, or in his mind she is. His father adopted her whenever she was just a baby, and she's pretty much grown up with James and their dad. James himself doesn't truly know who his mother is, as he's only seen her in photos and only knows her first name. He doesn't ever really want to meet her, since she didn't care and left, so he isn't going to care and run back to her. He has a personal vendetta against his mother and he doesn't plan to just openly accept her back into his life if she shows up. He's following in his fathers footsteps, as he's set up in law school, and only has another year to year and a half left to go before he'll be able to be a full blown lawyer, school finished and degree and all. He can't wait when he is done with school, he wants to get out into the world and make a difference for those who need a difference made.
