Sonic: Big news: we finally released the big update of our Sonic Run app! Better late than never, right, Tails?

Tails: Sonic release it! It's not ready! Now there's so many angry customers, I don't have time to fix the bugs!

Sonic: We'll be fine. I got Knuckles to help with customer service.

[Flashback]

Knuckles: What? You said, the Sonic Run app won't stop hiccuping? I know how that is! [Hiccups]. Ha. Just like the app. Now what were you saying again? Hello? Hello?

[Static]

Knuckles: Uh huh. Uh huh. The app won't even open? If I were you, I would call and complain.

[Static]

Knuckles: Yeah, I don't really understand technical junk, but maybe you can help me with a problem? See I got this ingrown toenail...

Sonic: And that's why Knuckles is no longer helping out with customer service.

Tails: What's this piece of junk?

Sonic: This is the solution to our set increasing customer service calls! Say hello to Gilbert.

Sticks: Gilbert? Why's it called that?

Tails: It's named after the two guys who built it, Gil and Bert... Great...

Sonic: They were in such a hurry to get rid of it they practically gave it to us!

Sticks: [Screams then laughs] I bet this was hi-tech back at the turn of the century.

Gilbert: Hello, and welcome to customer service! How can I help you today?

Sonic: Yeah!

Tails: Tech support!

Gilbert: I think you said, "neck and spork." If this is correct, press one. If this is not correct press the asterisk, followed by the function key, followed by the pound sign.

Tails: Where's the function key on the... What?

Gilbert: I think you said "I don't have a function key." If this is correct, press the function key. If this is not correct, press any diagonal sequence of buttons...

Tails: Ummm?

[Phone sounds]

Gilbert: Not yet. Wait until the tone. You waited too long. Goodbye.

Tails: You told me to wait! [Growls]

Sonic: No problem. We'll just have to program it to act more human.

Tails: More human? It's prime directive is to answer questions with the correct answer. Humans are terrible at that!

Sonic: No, no, no... answering questions correctly isn't important...

Tails: Then what is important?

Sonic: Being friendly. Until you fix all the bugs in our app, we gotta give Gilbert a new prime directive like: "Don't let people go until they're your friend."

Tails: Reprogram? That would require something like I don't know... Like a programming genius!
