If a marine suffering from the White thirst, if not able to quench the thirst, will suffer enter into the Bone Rage, in which the marine will go on a rampage to satisfy their desire, either attacking men and women to satisfy their sexual desires. The Bone rage will lead to the mutation of the geneseed, causing the marine to become a futa marine.
Under this effect, the marine will become stronger, faster and a higher sex drive than normal marines. Some Marines going through this can keep control via force of will, but those who can't will be separated and killed, to keep their secret from being known.
Pretty much the definition of gap moe in public and private matters of the legion.
Male members stick more to the vampire aesthetic. Though their variant of the white thirst and bone rage cause both an overproduction of white "blood" that needs to be regularly drained inside a female, Bone Rage is basically the same.
