you washed your hands before anything of course and grabbed some ramen packets and water bottles. they were all hungry, well who wouldn't.
arisu and karube sat next to each other as takahashi sat not to far from them. they had a small conversation with each other. you turned on the candles you guys always had on to give some more light. you put the pot on top of the small stove as you turned it on.
you put the water inside as you lightly sighed as you put the water inside. " here.. " you said as you grabbed a new t-shirt for karube as you remembered you were going to give him one. " thank you " karube said as he grabbed it, you lightly shook your head.
" beach.. is it really worth it? " takahashi asked. you turned to him as karube changed shirts. " who knows.. the two guys from there had some type of bracelets.." arisu said as he looked at him as well. " maybe that's where all the people are at " karube spoke as he sat next to arisu. " there must be more answers there... they seemed experienced " karube added.
" who knows... theres all types of beaches... it'll be a little hard to find, but i guess it'll be worth it " you finally spoke as you added the ramen packets inside. they nodded, you looked at the food. " i'll do anything to get there " karube said, arisu looked at him. takahashi only thought about that, is it really worth it?.
after a while the ramen was already ready, of course it cooks fast. " all right.. serve yourselves " you spoke as you handed everyone their own things. takahashi walked over and sat next to you as karube and arisu sat in front of you two. you grabbed your own things as you served yourself.
" thank you.. " arisu spoke as he also served himself. karube said his thanks as well as he began to eat. you turned to takahashi as he began to eat. he looked at you as he noticed. " oh.. thank you.." takahashi thanked you, you only nodded at their thanks.
you grabbed some drinks and handed one to everyone. takahashi looked at your drink and switched it. " i like this one better " takahashi said as he grabbed. " fine.. i'll let you keep it " you said as you ate some ramen.
it was quiet between all of you. " being here with other humans feels more normal " takahashi spoke as he drank his drink. " plus i was getting bored with y/n... " takahashi joked a bit, you kicked his leg. " shut up.. " you said, arisu and karube looked at you two.
takahashi only laughed a bit. " you guys seem close " karube spoke. " we've been friends since we were kids.. " you replied, takahashi nodded. " its a daily for him to say dumb things and get what he deserves " you said, takahashi lightly scoffed.
" you two spoke about your other friend, his come his not with you guys? " you asked them. " he injured his leg in a game " arisu answered your question. " how? " takahashi asked as he sat his empty plate down. " he burned his leg.. " karube answered, you set your plate down as you were also done.
" can you maybe help us treat him? " arisu asked. " yes.. but it depends on my knowledge on it " takahashi said as he drank his drink. " im surprised on how you two manage to ignore the pain " karube said as he lightly groaned as he held onto his wound. " yeah.. especially for a bullet and a whole wild animal " arisu said surprised.
" y/n has always been tough like that... she doesnt cry a lot or even put to much emotion out " takahashi said, you only looked down a bit. " takahashi didnt look at his wound, as long as he didnt look at it he's normal " you spoke. they only nodded, they could already tell you are more serious than takahashi.
" here.. you can take it now that you are done eating " you said as you handed karube a pain relief pill along with water. " thanks " karube said as he grabbed it. takahashi got up as he yawned. " im going to sleep now.." takahashi said, you nodded as you also stood up. " yeah, go sleep and rest some more " you said as you lightly patted his back.
takahashi nodded as he smiled a bit and began to walk over to where he usually sleeps. you began putting things away as everyone was done. you looked over at arisu and karube who were just standing there. you grabbed some sleeping bags and basic stuff for them. " here.. you guys should also get some sleep " you told them as you handed them the things, they nodded as they thanked you.
you lit the candle off as you were done.you walked over to the side of the building, you opened your new lollipop. you sighed lightly it was a daily routine for you to just think about what to do next. you put the lollipop in your mouth as you looked up at the sky.
the only time you could feel normal was looking up at the night sky full of stars. you felt some people next to you. you looked to your sides to see karube and arisu. maybe they couldnt sleep. " can't sleep? " you asked as you looked at them. " its kind of hard to sleep still " arisu said as he leaned on the building.
your back was facing the edge of the building, you only nodded a bit. you looked at karube as he lit a cigarette, he turned to you. karube offered you some, you lightly shook your head. " im trying to quit.. its to bad for your health " you told karube as you crossed your arms. karube lightly laughed as he shrugged his shoulders a bit. " that explains your lollipop " karube said, you nodded.
you looked at arisu who still looked quiet surprised, maybe he was thinking about what happened at the game? " arisu.. don't think about it to much.. " you told him, arisu looked at you and then looked down a bit. " everything is going to hard here, you just have to get use to it... " you added as you looked up at the sky again.
" you have to fight for survival if you want to live " you said, they listened to you speak. " you're good at playing these games... i can tell " karube said as he blew air out. " i know one thing for sure.. i'll never play this game again " you said, they nodded as they also looked at the sky full of stars.
it was quiet between you all, it was a good silence though. you all just had some sort of comfort in the silence. " takahashi is right.. it feels normal to be around other humans " you spoke up as you lightly smiled. karube and arisu both looked at you. you were right it did feel somewhat normal. " there's a lot of stars.. " karube said as he looked at the sky, you nodded.
" you're right... i feel relieved to survive, i want to survive " arisu spoke, you nodded a bit. karube blew some smoke out again. " its what everyone wants " you said as you lightly sighed.
you stood straight as you turned to them. " im going to sleep now... " you said as you took the lollipop stick out of your mouth. " good night" you said as you began walking over to where you usually sleep. they just watched you as you left.
