"Class dismissed"

Jieun was relieved more than anyone else when the class was over. Her tensed muscles all throughout the period finally relaxed knowing that she'll be out any time soon. That feeling from being watched was rather more terrifying than getting an F.

"Jungkook let's go" jimin called.

Jungkook subtly glanced to the girl sitting beside the window for the nth time that day before he turned his attention to his friends.
"You go without me, I still have to drop by somewhere". he said nonchalantly. Jimin and Taehyung's initial reaction were to exchanged confused looks yet sooner just shrugged any thoughts and left him.

While she was too occupied packing up her own stuff, jieunaccidentally hit the notebook on the desk with her elbow causing it to fall. In an attempt to reach from where she was seated, she extends her arm as far as she could when a hand apart from hers pick it first.

"Here" examining the owner of the voice and the hand who was holding her notebook, slowly jieun raised her eyes. Her stomach twisted as she confirmed the person's identity. Abruptly refusing to meet his eyes, she grabbed her notebook and stood up as fast she can, taking her bag along the process. "Don't you have anything to say?" He asked, a bit perplexed of her reaction. Stopping on her track, she hesitated if she were to face him or ignore him, her breath ragged. She must be dumb for thinking he won't recognize the girl who hugged him out of nowhere and stormed out without even apologizing.

"I'm sorry" swallowing her pride, she faced him.

"I'm sorry for what happened a few days ago. It was you right?"

"I know it's irresponsible of me to not apologize right away" come on jieun , you got this. Finding her own words, she paused momentarily.

"My eye sight weren't that good if these were gone" pointing to her glasses, jieun felt dumb for doing all the talking while he remained still looking at her with a blank face.

"I was too stunned and embarrassed that's all." smiling nervously.

"I hope we can move forward and act like nothing really happened." She finished. Despite all the talking jieun only received silence from jungkook. Getting awkward on the situation jieun decided it is best for her to turned her heels to walk away. Jungkook on the other hand remained on his spot, when he realized what she meant for everything. It was just then when he finally opened his mouth.

"What are you talking about Miss Lee?" voice holding out a chuckle. "That was too long for a thank you".

Instantly turning to his direction she found him packing up his things. Was she mistaken? Did he forgot? Did he not recognize her? No it can't be she's 101% sure it's him.

Of course jungkook didn't. He's not the type to forget easily but definitely not also the one who makes big deal out of things for such circumstances which was the case for her.

"I thought...." jieun was confused.

"I suppose you said a while ago, we should act like it never happened, right?" She was right. This guy was that same person. Her thoughts were interrupted as soon as Jungkook paused beside her for a second. "Here". Looking down to where his hand, jieun was perplexed what was happening. With no time to waste, jungkook gently grabbed her hand and handed the object.
"You sure like to drop things" then he left. When jieun look at it , she realized it's her bracelet.

Squeaked sounds could be heard everywhere,
loud thud echoes inside the gym as jungkook continue to dribble the ball, sweat dripping on his entire body. Glancing on the time abruptly, he quickly took a few steps back to create space between him and his opponent. Mingyu was stunned shortly, which allows jungkook to freely throw the ball for a three-point shot just in time before the whistle blowed which made his team won.
