"Yah jungkook, what are we actually doing here? I thought we're going to chill somewhere else?" Taehyung remarked as he failed to shoot a piece of crumpled paper to a bin meter away from where they are sitting.
Right.. this is not the most suitable place you know? We could die if Mr. Tan sees us here but not in his class." Jimin seconded while throwing another piece after tae. He celebrated when it perfectly landed, wearing a smug when he faced his claimed opponent.
"You saw that? That's talent dude."
"tsk. you call that talent after 10 tries?" taehyung sneered.
"shut up, you can't even do it once." out of words, tae chose to ignore his comment and just rolled his eyes at him.
When they decided to skip classes for the first time in a while, jimin and tae thought of having some fun anywhere just not in school. However, in an unusual event, jungkook suggested to chill nearby the music club room, reasoning out that he needs to drop by there on what seemingly an important matter. Amidst his childish fight w/ the blonde guy, taehyung diverted his attention to jungkook who's busy with his phone and casually glancing on the room in front of their shed. Observing him these passed few days made him think that there was definitely something going on in his life that jimin and him never knew. He was not sure of the reason, but he has his assumptions.
"Yah jungkook, when are we leaving, are you trying to have camping here?" the blonde asked irritated.
"You can go without me, I told you I need to check unto something first" he reasoned.
Tae scoffed and with eyes creased a little bit more than usual he was intrigued.
"why do I feel like you're hiding something from us?"
Sooner tae's question was left hanging when people started coming out from the door of that same room his friend has been eyeing for a while. The answer was there, when they saw jungkook's demeanor changed due to the presence of someone. Jungkook watched her waving goodbye to some of her clubmates and waited for them to go. He texted her and witnessed how she furrowed her brows reading her phone and immediately scanned the area.
He instantly smiled when her eyes meet his.
Waving at her, jungkook saw how stunned she was by the way her eyes darted from him and to his two buddies. It was in a matter of time when he walk towards her direction leaving his friends behind.
"Hey.."
"Oh hey?"
Feeling tensed to know that there were other people around them, she tried her best to mask her discomfort. It's a good thing classes were still on going that the crowd subsides right away, leaving a few students only.
"What are you doing here?" her voice barely audible.
It took a while for him before the question sinks in.
Why was he even there in the first place?
"uhmm.."
Jungkook's eyes instantly roamed around while thinking for the best answer to her queries when his gaze stopped behind jieun's back. He didn't know if it were the angel's work or the devil's to find his answers right there seeing the same group of guys talking about jieun hours ago in that same class.
The scene was clear as water to jimin and tae who are now approaching his direction on how their friend locked his eyes to the guys and how they halted their steps a few meters away. Knowing him for quite a while, they knew those eyes were flaring and the group of guys seems to feel the burn from it and quickly diverted their gazes and walk away.
"Jungkook?" jieun asked hesitantly when he didn't budge to answer.
"Uhmm. yeah , where were we?" He asked quite perplexed.
