Paisley panicked. She felt her feet on the floor again.

"That was a quick first transformation, nicely done."

"I was—I was a bird?"

Sirius nodded, "A hummingbird. Real pretty bird, nice shiny green spot on the back."

"And I was flying?"

"You ask a lot of questions, Sugarwater."

"Sorry, if I'm not quite used to—did you just call me Sugarwater?"

"Thought it'd be funny. Get it, because hummingbirds like sugar water?"

"That's—I don't know, it feels like too many syllables."

"Yeah," Sirius clicked his teeth, "I was thinking that, too. You'll have to have a nickname, though. We all do."

"Who's we?"

"The boys, The Marauders."

"I'm a Marauder now?"

"I think you've earned the right. James would've loved you. Peter..."

"You know, I don't think I've ever heard you speak about Peter."

"Another time," he said through gritted teeth, "For now, you should get back to your room. It's raining so you couldn't test your bird self out much anyway."

"Thanks Sirius, I really do appreciate it."

He smiled courteously.

The next day, there were still storm clouds in the sky and Paisley hardly found herself with any free time until late that night. She decided she wanted to pay Remus a visit.

He greeted her at the door with a strange look in his eye. Hunger? No. Yearning. Without so much as a warning he pulled her in by the hips and planted a sweet kiss on her lips. He closed the door with his knee.

"I missed you," he pulled his lips away for a second before continuing to kiss her passionately.

"I missed you more," she moaned.

In an instant his hand traveled down her back and under her knit brown cardigan. Well, really it was his knit brown cardigan. He pulled away from her face to unbutton it and pull it off of her, leaving her in a black tight tank top and a flowing dark blue skirt. She tugged at the black necktie around his neck until it loosened enough for her to remove it completely. She playfully draped it over her own neck and he smirked. He scooped her up by the legs and plopped her softly onto his bed.

"Without so much as a cup of tea?" Paisley joked.

"Forgive my urgency," he teased back and began undressing her again, "How are you today?"

"Not bad, I'm enjoying the rain."

He continued unzipping her skirt.

"Never a fan of rain, I'm afraid," he groaned, "Although it is good weather for reading."

"Reading in the rain, how brooding," she lifted her hips as he pulled the skirt off.

Paisley was now in her belly button length tank top and a pair of black cotton panties.

"Mhm, I'd have it no other way," he undid his belt and leaned over her on the bed, beginning a trail of kisses on her belly.

"You know, I really like your hair all disheveled like this," she reached up and tousled his hair, "You look like a sexy librarian."

"A sexy librarian?" He laughed.

"Yeah, I'm a real big fan of librarians," Paisley teased.

"What useful information," Remus teased back and lowered her panties.
