CHAPTER ELEVEN
keep it on the down-low

▀▄▀▄▀

YOU FLUNG YOURSELF onto your bed, your face stuffed into the pillow. You felt the embarrassment creeping in.

I asked him to dance with me? Where the hell did the sudden boldness come from?

"Ughh" You groaned into the pillow, along with muffled-strings of curse and degrading words towards yourself.

Series of questions went through your head but one, in particular, stood out from the others in your mind. Where do we stand in this "relationship"?

You didn't exchange any words when you left, darting out of the place when she dismissed you. You didn't even dare to look at him in the eye and he didn't either so you quickly parted ways. As it was simply in the heat of the moment, you didn't know if that impacted anything.

But you found it quite nice, you had finally seen the hidden side of Suna in person, the hidden side what his sister says, a dork.

However, you do wonder what was going through his head, hoping you didn't scare him off as you were friendly with him out of nowhere.

Walking with Aran was quieter than usual as you would be the one to start the conversation but right now, questions from last night are still flooding through your mind.

Aran on the other hand didn't know if he should ask how'd detention gone, considering the chances that you both haven't made up and could accidentally bring your mood down by just mentioning his name. He settled to just accept the silence between you for now and enjoy the view that surrounds him.

It wasn't long until you reach the school grounds, bidding your goodbyes as you parted ways to class.

On your way, you saw Suna exiting out of his class, looking around like he was searching for someone. You panicked as you didn't want to face him just yet, you turn the opposite direction, picking up the pace to be out of his field of vision.

"Hey!" You heard him called out. Not daring to check if he was referring to you, you continued walking briskly. "[Y/N], where the hell are you going?"

Damn it, he was referring to me.

You started jogging, increasing the speed every second in hopes to avoid him, though it didn't work as planned as he managed to catch up to you due to his damn long legs.
