Mack- 6

(After they move in together)
Jack was having the worst week. They had been going to the studio everyday for almost 10 hours for the past 2 weeks. He was exhausted and a little burnt out. He loved making music but sometimes the label pushed them too hard at the studio. He still wasn't home, it was almost 11pm now and he had been gone since 7am. I decided I needed to do something nice for him.

I wrote a note to leave on the counter in case he got back after I left. I drove around the corner to the store to get his favorite snacks and some face masks since he liked when we did those together. I picked up a pair of matching pajamas too.

I finally finished at the store and I made it home. Jack still hadn't showed up so I ran to our room and set up a movie date with all of the snacks and started a bath for him since he needed to relax. Just as I finished setting everything up, the bath being the last thing I heard the front door open and a long sigh that had escaped Jack's mouth. I ran down the stairs to go see him.

"Jacky! I missed you!" I yelled while leaping into his arms.
He smiled and hugged me tightly "I missed you too, Mi amor."

I hopped out of his arms and said "I have a surprise for you."

"What is it?" He asked sleepily.

"First off is dangerous to drive when you're this tired and second off just come and see."

I grabbed his hand and led him upstairs to our shared room. The door was closed.

"You and the boys have been working so hard and you've been exhausted and stressed lately so I put a little something together."

I opened the door and Jack saw the date set up as well as the bath filled for him to use.

"Go take a bath and relax I'll be out here reading."

He smiled, gave my a kiss on the forehead and then walked to get clothes for his bath but I stopped him.

"There are PJs already in the bathroom."

"Okay. I love you Macie."

"I love you to Jacky."

When he was done he walked back out in the pajamas I got him so he laid down next to me. I let him pick a movie and he chose the Cars Disney movie. I chuckled as he laid his head in my lap. I gave him some snacks from what I bought and not even 20 minutes into the movie he was fast asleep. I texted the boys in the group chat and told them they all needed a day off. Sarah, Alexis and Ryan agreed so the boys took a few days off from the studio to relax.

**the next morning**

I woke up early to make Jack breakfast. I was making eggs, bacon and toast. The bacon was almost done and I was starting the eggs when Jack came down in a hurry while getting ready.

"Babe where are you going?"

"The studio."

"Oh! Jacky you were asleep but I scored you and the guys a few days off from the studio and I didn't want to wake you up."

He smiled wider than he had all week. "Really?!"

"Yeah now come eat breakfast."

He nodded and sat down. I sat across from him and we ate just talking about everything we could think about.

"Love, thank you. I needed this."

"I know. That's why I did it. Besides, you'd do the same for me."
