I woke up in a blinding white room. When I tried to move around, I found myself handcuffed to my bed. The door opened with a creak and in stepped the people who kidnapped me, the avengers, it think. The red head with short hair spoke first.

"This will be easier if you cooperate," she said.

I had enough. I had absolutely no relation to them and didn't give them any reason to personally attack me, and yet they still did, kidnapping me and Annabeth. Oh, Annabeth. I completely forgot that she had been kidnapped too for a second, and I immediately felt bad.

"Where is she," i said steadily calm.

When no answer was said to me, I repeated myself as my tone rose.

"Where is she! The blonde you kidnapped here with me. You will not get anything out of me until I know for sure that she is safe!" I yelled.

The metal dude raised an eyebrow. "She's in the room next to you, being asked the same questions we are going to ask you. Now, if you cooperate, you may be able to see her soon."

I relaxed a little. "Ok. Fine, have it your way. Ask me the questions that you just had to kidnap me for."

The red head stepped forward and glared at me. "First things first. Where did you learn to fight like that. As far as I know, no one before you could block Clint's arrows and the way the water hit Tony, it was almost like you willed it to happen."

I sighed. What excuse was I going to give this time? And if what they said was true, about Annabeth being interrogated with the same questions in the other room, then we would need to be careful on how we answer the questions, making sure they are the same.

" Camp," I said. Short and simple.

"I'm afraid that is not enough information." said metal man.

"Sorry that's all you get. I answered your question, didn't I?" I asked. Boy I felt good about myself.

Metal man and Red Head looked at each other and had a silent conversation. After being in a relationship with Annabeth for a couple years, I could easily understand the language of the eyes. The conversation went something like this.

Bold - Tony

Italics - Natasha

"Can we kill him. He is getting on my nerves."

"Nah. This dude has some sass, thats all. Reminds me of a teenage me."

"Exactly why I want to kill him right now. Can we at least knock him out?"

"No. Don't want to get on Fury's bad side any more that I already am."

"Wimp."

At this point, I didn't want to get knocked out or killed, preferably, so I spoke up.

"If my opinion counts for anything, i would like to not get knocked out or killed."

The duo stared at me in shock.

"Kid, how did you know what we were talking about?"

"My girlfriend is a pro in the language of eyes, and being with her for a couple years definitely has its perks."

"Touche."

"Can I please go see my girlfriend?" I asked.

Metal man and red head had another silent conversation, but this time, their backs were facing me so I couldn't translate. Smart people.

"Fine, you can see her, but in return, you need to answer about 5 of our question with real answers, not the one word crap you gave us before."

I thought about it for about a millisecond before saying ok. They freed my hands from the handcuffs and led me out of the blinding white room and into the room where Annabeth was. Before I went in, I got an idea.
