"Hey, can you help me?" (Chapter 6)

Previously:
Nezuko stepped in "Yep! He looked embarrassed and so did I. "Finally!" Tanjiro yelled as hugged both of us.

-"Hey, can you help me?"-

We started to walk to the city. Inosuke and Zenitsu had a normal conversation about food. Tanjiro was playing games on his phone and Nezuko walked next to me. I was walking staring at the ground, flustered.

I sigh and look up at Nezuko. I look to see her blushing.

"Nezuko? I look over at her and smile.

I squeeze my heart a little and pick her up as she shrinks. I start to carry her baby style and smile. I hear her yawn a little while later. "Are you tired Nezuko-Chan?"

"Mhm...(Y/N) can I go to sleep?"

"Of course!" I get my jacket and put it over her.

"Ok! Love you (Y/N)-Chan! Goodnight..." She started to close her eyes and soon falls asleep.

"I- Tanjiro this girl is weird. She says I love you like it is nothing."

Tanjiro turns his head and looks at us. "Hm? I guess she loves you then!" He winks at me and takes Nezuko carefully. "I will take her so you can relax more!" He gives me his kind smile and starts to walk faster.

"I don't understand those two!" I thought out loud while holding my face again.

Inosuke smirks and runs over to me again. "I wanna fight now! Come on!"

I sigh and keep walking.

"Are you scared? I bet you-" He gets cut off by passing out.

"Zenitsu can you pick him up?"

"No! He is too scary! What if he wakes up?" He starts to shiver.

Tanjiro comes and picks Inosuke up and hands Nezuko to Zenitsu. "Here. Don't drop her." He starts walking again.

I huff and continue to walk away. "That isn't fair!"  I start walking a little faster until we get to the village next to the city.

"Hey! Can you help me? My mommy went missing!" A little girl shouted running towards us.

I bend down to her height and smile warmly. I pick her up. "What is your name and what happened?"

"Uh...uh my name is Amara. My mom said goodnight to me and put me to bed. After that, I never saw her again." She started to cry. "She said I love you have good dreams. See you tomorrow morning."

I wipe her tears and try to comfort her. "Don't worry we will find her. Where is your house?"

"It is around the corner, Miss."
