04: First Trial pt. 2

Ochako: H-huh? W-what? That's...strange, I swear I heard it from my room.

Neito: What he's saying is 100% the truth. Monokuma said so himself.

Monokuma: Thaaat's right! 

Momo: Ochako...did you-

Ochako: Of course not! I wouldn't do such a thing!

Shouto: Ochako's wearing dress shoes, so the footprints match up...

Ochako: So do Himiko's! Remember, she said she came back and found the body, so she could have easily stepped in the blood!

Kyouka: I think this might be a good time to bring this up, because the only people that could have been the killer are Ochako and Himiko.

Yuuga: Why?

Tenya: Yes, please explain you're reasoning!

Kyouka: Well the killer has to wear dress shoes or loafers, and Momo was with me when the murder occurred.

Yuuga: But what about Mina? She wears dress shoes!

Mina: Hey! I'd never kill!

Himiko: That's what everyone says! But once you do, you can't stop! You just want to do it again!

Kyouka: Mina is a last resort. If Ochako and Himiko can prove their innocence, then it's Mina.

Mina: Whaaat? A last-what?

Neito: How stupid are you? A last resort is a last chance of sorts!

Mina: Does that mean I'm the last chance of solving this mystery? I'll do my best!

Eijirou: Well, it doesn't matter. We don't even know where the murder weapon came from...

*Shards of Glass*

Izuku: Can we assume that the murder weapon came from the pile of glass on the floor near the body?

Eijirou: I guess that makes sense. But where did that even come from?

Yuuga: I bet it was a shattered glass! Taken from the nearby kitchen, the killer took a water glass and smashed it!

Kyouka: I'm sure that the only thing missing from the kitchen was that knife.

Momo: Could it be something covered back up?

I agree with that!
*Duct-Taped Window*

Mei: WAIT DID YOU SAY DUCT TAPE? CUZ I GAVE SOME OF MY DUCT TAPE TO OCHAKO YESTERDAY!

Katsuki: WHY DID YOU SCREAM THAT!?

Denki: You're being a hypocrite Kacchan.

Katsuki: DON'T CALL ME THAT BITCH!

Denki: Okay, sorry dude

Kyouka: Denki, stop being a moron. 

Shouto: I mean, we can't just ignore what Mei just said. She literally just said she gave Ochako some of her duct tape.

Ochako: What! I didn't use that tape! I used it to fix my broken bed!

Mei: I don't believe you!

Shouto: I'm pretty sure all of the evidence points to you. That slip-up and the fact that you had the duct tape are pretty strong pieces of evidence.

Ochako: I...I...

Izuku: Hey, Ochako, we're gonna go through this case one more time, okay? You can admit it whenever you want...

This case starts yesterday, when the victim, Tsuyu Asui, slipped a certain someone a note telling them to meet somewhere that night. That 'someone' is Himiko Toga.

Himiko went to the meeting place, the dining hall, and grabbed a knife, just in case. When Tsuyu arrived, Himiko got an urge to kill her. 

Himiko then kicked Tsuyu's ankle, making it hard for her to run. She then deeply cut her wrist, lacerating it. 

But, after that, Himiko ran away, leaving her wounded. 

Soon, the culprit met up with the wounded Tsuyu. Then, I assume, the culprit saw a chance. I chance to kill and escape. 

So, they broke a nearby window, grabbed a shard, and stabbed her throat, most likely instantly killing her. 

Then, the culprit pinned her to a nearby pillar and duct taped the window up. They then pretended to be the first to discover the body, when Himiko, Momo, and I were the actual first three.

Izuku: This is the truth of this case! Isn't that right, Uraraka Ochako, the ultimate Astronaut!

Ochako: ...

Ochako: ...yep, that's the truth. Vote me out, if you want.

Monokuma: Are yall ready to vote? Okay then, make triple sure you vote, because if you don't...

Yuuga: I don't even want to know!

Ochako is...

GUILTY!!

Monokuma: That's right, Tsuyu Asui's killer is none other than Ochako Urarakaa!

Momo: Ochako, please explain. Why did you do such a thing!

Ochako: ...

Ochako: Because...I needed to see what happened to my family.

Shouto: I thought it might have something to do with the motive.

Ochako: My family...runs a small construction business that's going to go bankrupt soon enough. And...in that video, t-they...

Ochako: They were dead. 

Ochako: They were the only reason I came to this school. They need money, and once I heard that if you go here they can guarantee success, I just had to except.

Izuku: Ochako...

Ochako: It's...fine. If they really are dead, then I can go see them. That makes me happy.

Monokuma: Jeez, this sappy stuff is really boring! Let's get into the punishment. I've prepared a special punishment for the Ultimate Astronaut! Leet's give it everything we've got! Iiiiit's punishment timeee!

Ochako has been found guilty! Time for the punishment!

Shoot for the Stars: Ochako Uraraka's Execution. 
Execution: Executed!

Ochako is forced into a pinball machine, where she is constantly hit by the things the player uses. Her family is seated at the top, which she keeps reaching for, but fails to reach. There are little obstacles shaped like the planets, stars, and asteroids. Once she gets close enough to reach her mom's outstretched hand, her mom revokes it, making Ochako fall one last time. 

The thirteen remaining students and Ochako's corpse stood there, silent.
