I was in shock. Someone actually killed Tsuyu. 

Someone killed an innocent girl, who did nothing wrong.

In case ur wondering what this looks like, imagine when she got pinned to the tree by Toga in bnha, just it's a pillar, not a tree.

Ding dong dong ding!

"A body has been discovered!" Monokuma said through the screen in the cafeteria. "After a certain amount of time, which you may use however you like, the class trial will begin!"

I had gone from shock to finally coming to terms with the situation.

Some. Evil. Person. Killed. Tsuyu. Asui.

"I heard an announcement about a body. Is it-" Denki couldn't finish his sentence before the seeing the shocking sight. 

"Denki, what's the mat-" Another unfinished sentence, this time it was said by Ejirou.

One by one, people came into the room, having to look at the utterly horrifying sight that was Tsuyu's dead body.

The only person who seemed completely unaffected was unsurprisingly Neito. "Ah, I foresaw this. Her ego must have been a lying bitch if she thought she'd survive the first week or so."

"N-Neito! How could you be so i-insensitive!" Ochako yelled.

Neito just shrugged. "I feel like Karma's something to keep the world balanced, you know? SO when it strikes, it's not surprising."

"K-karma? What do you mean karma?" Ejirou asked.

"I mean her ego. She thought so highly of her self to the point where karma just needed to shoot her down." Neito looked bored from explaining his beliefs. 

"Do talk about Tsuyu like that! She did not have an ego!" Ochako yelled, defending the now deceased girl.

Neito generally laughed. Like, an actual laugh. "I'm sorry, but your ego's even bigger than Tsuyu's! I mean, that idiot Bakugou has the biggest one, but you're a good second place."

I actually had to hold Ochako back, because she was going to attack Neito.

"Now, while all of you stand there in shock like, 'Oh no, what happened to Tsuyu! Poor girl!'. Well, not one of you gave two living shits about her while she's alive, but now you do because she's dead. I'm going to go examine the body so I don't die." Neito stepped forward and walked towards the dead body. 

"Not so fast! I need to give you something to help!" Monokuma screeched, coming out of nowhere. His hands, which were behind his back, revealed a small electronic board. "Take this! It' the very first Monokuma file!"

"Monokuma file? What the hell's a Monokuma file!?" Denki asked aggressively.

"It's only something to help, don't worry!" Monokuma assured us. "It gives you an autopsy report, the time of death, details about the murder weapon, all that good stuff. Got it? Now use this to your advantage!" 

Monokuma walked away, leaving the fourteen remaining students full of questions. 

Neito, who had taken the Monokuma file, tapped the surface of the screen. He quickly read it, shoved it into my hands, and started examining the body.
