Act 3

A few days later, Peter had heard everything with Dr Octavious escaping and all of that happening. Peter didn't know where Dr Octavious was though so he could not do anything about it. He was at school and couldn't talk to anyone, not even to Harry because he was so scared of what could happen with Dr Octavious could be planning. Peter didn't know what to do. During all of the classes Peter went to, Peter would just sit down and think. He wouldn't pay attention to anyone because he was so worried that Dr Octavious can come and hurt people at any time. The person he looked up to was a monster that he had to stop. He stayed with MJ the whole day because she was the only person who knew she was spider man. It was getting late and Peter thought that she should leave MJ's place and head back to his house until he saw an explosion at Oscorp tower. Peter wore his spider man suit and swung to Oscorp tower. Peter wanted everything to end tonight. Spider man swung as fast as he could to Oscorp so Dr Octavious would be stopped sooner. He saw that Dr Octavious was harming Oscorp employees, yelling at Osborn to show himself before he killed all of the scientists working for Oscorp. Spider man swung in to fight Dr Octavious but the fight didn't last long since Dr Octavious knew that spider man would come. Dr Octavious was prepared and fought spiderman. Spider man tried to fight back but Dr Octavious saw every move spider man was going to make. Spider man tried wrapping Dr Octavious up in webs but Dr Octavious broke out of the webs with ease. Spider man kicked Dr Octavious down but Dr Octavious got up easily due to his mechanical arms helping him. Spider man tries to punch Octavious straight in the face but Octavious counters the attack and smashes spider man into a wall. Spider man was badly injured but he could still fight. The Oscorp employees escaped the building as Spiderman and Dr Octavious fought. They fought around Oscorp, both throwing countless punches at each other but Dr Octavious ended up beating Spiderman down. They fought but Octavious was easily winning the fight against spider man as Octavious used his mechanical arms to his advantage and did brutal things to spider man like throwing him into things like glass and other big objects. Dr Octavious then gave spider man a big beating as he used his arms to take down spider man. Spider man's suit was now torn apart, his mask ripped so much that you could almost tell who was behind it. Spider man was weak but he still got up to fight some more. But the fight didn't last much longer as Dr Octavious held spider man down and pinned spider man into a wall with his 4 mechanical arms and Dr Octavious unmasked spider man to see Peter. He didn't seem surprised, but angry. Dr Octavious shouted at Peter. How dare Peter betray him! Dr Octavious grabbed Peter with one of his mechanical arms and beat Peter down repetitively. Dr Octavious now planned to kill everyone Peter has ever cared about starting with aunt May. Peter got angry and started to fight back at Dr Octavious. Peter didn't want anyone to get hurt by this monster. Peter tried fighting Dr Octavious but Octavious was far too strong. Dr Octavious ended up giving Spider man a total beat down, almost killing him. But Dr Octavious wanted spiderman to live just so he would know how betrayed he felt. Dr Octavious leaves and Peter is knocked out. Dr Octavious then tears each room apart looking for Norman Osborn. He then spots Norman Osborn hiding under a table. Norman tries running from Octavious but Dr Octavious grabs Osbron with his metal arms and takes him away. Peter wakes up at MJ's. Turns out MJ found him knocked out in front of Oscorp tower. Peter said he needed to get to Octavious before he could hurt everyone. MJ tells Peter to slow down but Peter couldn't. Peter's suit was almost completely torn. His mask was destroyed, his web shooters ran out of web fluid and he couldn't let anyone know he was spiderman because it could end in disaster. MJ then says that she was saving a suit for Peter in case something like this would happen and gave Peter a brand new suit that MJ made herself. It looks a lot like the Ben Riley spider man suit except with raised webbing, a big golden spider emblem and big gold lenses. Peter thanks MJ and puts the suit on. Spider man started swinging home to see if aunt May was safe at home. Spider man went to his house to see that aunt May was missing. Dr Octavious must have taken her. But where? Peter thought about it until he realised that Dr Octavious would have taken her to where this all started. Dr Octavious' destroyed laboratory. Spider man swung to the destroyed laboratory to see that Dr Octavious had both aunt May and Norman Osborn held hostage. It started raining as spider man swung to Dr Octavious. Spider man said that this was going to end tonight and that Dr Octavious should stop this. Dr Octavious wouldn't listen to Spider man as he was about to kill aunt May. Spider man shouted NO at the top of his lungs, kicked Dr Octavious to the ground and started punching Octavious over and over again, until the mechanical arms grabbed spider man and threw him to the ground. Dr Octavious and Spiderman fought each other in a really big battle. Spider man told Norman Osborn and aunt May to escape, but Dr Octavious wasn't letting anyone get away this time. Dr Octavious beat spiderman to the ground and told Peter how he was such a disappointment and how they could have created something that would change the world for the better if he took his side. Peter told him that he was wrong and continued to fight Dr Octavious. Dr Octavious beat spider man again and again, and then he took Norman Osborn about to kill him but Spider man Kicked Dr Octavious in the face before he could do so. Dr Octavious spat out a tooth as his mouth started bleeding. Norman told Dr Octavious that he should stop this and that they could work something out. But Dr Octavious said that it was too late for that. Spider man continued to fight Dr Octavious, trying to stop him from killing Norman and aunt May. Spider man kicked Dr Octavious away, trying to bring the fight somewhere no one else could get hurt. Spider man brings the fight to an empty street where they continue fighting. Spider man shouted at Dr Octavious that he doesn't have to do this. Osborn could face charges if Octavious surrendered now. But Dr Octavious has too much pride to surrender. Octavious believed that he was in the right and everyone else was in the wrong. They continued fighting. The punches were getting more brutal than the last. Police cars and helicopters came by, and the police tried to tell Dr Octavious to stop or else they would open fire on him. Even though Dr Octavious was outnumbered, he still did not stop. Dr Octavious started fighting off the police as well as spider man. Spider man didn't want anyone to get hurt so he kicked Dr Octavious away from the police and kept fighting Dr Octavious there. Then spider man started beating Dr Octavious again and again and again, until spider man was about to kill him. But he knew uncle Ben would not want spiderman to kill Dr Octavious so he let Octavious live. Peter said that Dr Octavious turned himself into a monster and let everyone down. That Peter looked up to him and wanted to work with him to create a better world for everyone. That Octavious was what Peter wanted to be. Octavious looked up to him. Spider man told the police to take Octavious away. Spider man left the scene as the police came to find a defeated Dr Octavious. The police then took Octavious away, to go to prison for the rest of his life. Spider man swung away to a tall building and took off his mask. Peter started crying because the very man he looked up to was the very man he had to stop. Dr Octavious was once a father figure to him after Ben died and now he was just another criminal spider man could not want to see. Peter then thought to himself if it was all worth being spider man anymore. He went home and hid his spider man suit in his closet and Peter decided that he should give himself a week to think about if he should still be spider man. We get a montage of Peter alone at school, not talking to anyone, not paying attention in class because he was too busy thinking. But at least Peter had time to focus on his own life like finishing his far overdue assignment and everything was going better in life. Peter actually liked living a normal life without having to constantly be spiderman and fighting crime. Everything was going really good for Peter Parker now. The week had passed and Peter decided to make a tough decision. That he should quit being spiderman. Nothing good has happened to him since he put on the mask. Why should he want to keep going? Peter put the suit in a backpack. Peter was going to throw the suit into the river where it could never be found again. Peter packing the suit in the bag. Aunt May then walked into Peter's room. Peter was surprised. He tried hiding the suit from aunt May but aunt May said that she always knew that Peter was spider man. She told Peter that she was proud of him and that Uncle Ben would want Peter to keep going. She then said that with great power there must also come great responsibility. Peter thought about it for a while. He thought and thought and thought. Until he decided what he should do. Even though the whole world seemed to be against him, even though Peter was at the lowest point of his life Peter said "No. I'm not going to stop being spiderman. This is my responsibility. And being Spiderman is the right thing to do." Then Peter put his suit on. And looked at his mask and smiled. His face was reflected on the mask's spider eyes. He put on his mask and started swinging across the city with a golden sunset behind him. He swung all around the city as a sense of happiness and victory came to him. Spider man swung through the city streets as the bright sunset was lighting everything up. Spider man swung past all of the cars and past all of the tall buildings that stood high in the city. He continued swinging towards the sunset. He was finally at peace. He knew that he was going to be Spiderman forever.
