Youngjin's POV

" Yes. "

I squealed as I grabbed Younghoon's hand and I jumped around like a little bunny.

Jaehyun ran over to my dad, " What about me? Trust me, Jieun is amazing. You can ask them! " He eyed Younghoon and I, and we nod.

My dad looked at Jaehyun, " Wait! She's pretty timid and you're so intimidating like Lee Joonki and so handsome like Ji Changwook. " I sneaked a laugh.

My dad looked over at me, " What does that laugh mean? Are you saying you don't agree with Jaehyun? " I shook my head with my lips pursed to prevent me from laughing.

" Don't worry. I've learned from Younghoon about the right way to test if one is a good partner. " I looked over at Younghoon who was smiling proudly.

Jaehyun looked at my dad, " So what do you mean? "

" Bring her over tomorrow. Younghoon, you can come too. " He looked over at Younghoon who nods enthusiastically.

" Oh! Since Seohyun knows Sangyeon, she can come too! " Sangyeon sat up as he eyed me.

Jaehyun furrowed his brows, " Who's Seohyun? "

" Younghoon's sister. " I said.

My mom's eyes widened, " Younghoon's sister knows Sangyeon? Wow it's such a small world! " I nod while chuckling.

The night ended off being so fun because my dad finally agreed with our relationship. I honestly never felt this happy before in a long time.

The last time I've ever felt this happy was probably when I went to Disneyland and I got to take picture with Belle and she told me I'd be a princess in the future. She also said that I'd find my Prince Charming.

I remembered asking her if he's handsome and she said yes.

I looked over at the guy who's sitting next to me right now, she's not wrong that he's going to be handsome because he is.

I reached my hand out to interlock with his as I laid my head on his shoulder. " You had a long and tiring day with my dad, didn't you? " he shook his head.

" Your dad is actually really nice. He just wants to protect you but he's really nice. " I nod.

He looked over at the time, " I should go now. " I nod and we got up. I send him to the gates since he didn't want me to walk back alone after sending him to the bus stop.

" Goodnight! Remember to tell me when you're home for safety. " I said as I wrapped my hands around his neck and he nod.

He looked around, " I would give you a peck now but I'm scarred by the CCTV. " I chuckled as I pulled him into a long, long bear hug.

" This shall make up for it. " He wrapped his arms around me.

" Alright, you should really get going now. It's getting late. " He nod as he released from the hug hesitantly. We bid goodbye and he walked off.

I called him, accompanying him to make sure that he's safe. " I'm at the bus stop and the bus just came. Can't believe how lucky I am today. " He said from the other side of the phone.

" Get home safe. Love you! " I said and he said the same back, well not the get home safe.

I laid in bed with a smile.

Fighting for our love is worth it.

Jaehyun's POV

The next day, I got up slightly early because I want to give Jieun a gift. She told me she love handmade things and she love food too, so why not combine it?

I'm not the best cook, definitely but I'm a decent cook.

" You're up early. " My mom said as she walked out of her room yawning and I nod.

" I'm making breakfast for Jieun. " I said and she walked passed me as if it's normal to see me do such a thing for a girl.

I walked over to the fridge and decided to make a bento box for her. I heard girls tend to like cute things so maybe this will boost her mood since she's stressed out over exams.

" Carrots, eggs, rice, seaweed. " I talked to myself as I gathered all the ingredients together.

Once the oil is hot, I poured the egg in and I literally flew to the other side of the kitchen as the egg splattered. " Lee Jaehyun, what are you doing? "

" Coo- " My mom cut me off.

She shook her head, " This is making a mess, not cooking. " I pursed my lips as she came to cook for me while I assemble the food.

After I'm done, I hugged my mom. " Thanks mom. " She gently pat my head.

" My Jaehyun is such a grown up. You're actually doing so much for a girl. " I pulled away from the hug and she smiled widely at me.

I nod, " Of course! " We chuckled.

I placed it neatly into a lunchbox bag as my dad brought Youngjin and I to school. During lunch time, I went over to Jieun's class.

" Jieun! " I ran over to her and placed the lunchbox bag on her desk. She looked at it i'm surprised.

" I made a bento box for you. Well technically my mom cooked it and I just assemble it. " I scratched the back of my neck in embarrassment.

She opened it up and her eyes widened. " Did you do it all by yourself? " I nod with a proud smile.

Youngjin and Soyeon looked over at the box, " I have never tasted Jaehyun's food. He doesn't even set up the table at home. " Youngjin said and I rolled my eyes.

" He will probably do so today. " Younghoon said as he placed his arm around Youngjin.

Jieun stood up as she wrapped her arms around my neck, pulling me into a hug. " Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. " I wrapped my arms around her waist.

" Where's Wooseok? " Soyeon whined as she looked around her to see Jieun and I, Younghoon and Youngjin.

I looked back at Jieun with a smile.

Jieun looked over at Youngjin and Younghoon, " We need some privacy. " I raised my brows as she grabbed my face.

" Sorry in advance. " She smiled.

She tiptoed and closed the gap between us.

y'all i'm ending the semester soon and i'm honestly so sad because we'll be splitting class again T^T and we had to choose specialisation based on our GPA, only one of my friend is choosing the same thing as me T^T
