1 week after the events of last chapter.

1st person pov (y/n):

Me and Venti sat under the large tree, the same one from last week. It was 9pm and we were stargazing like usual. We laid peacefully staring off into space, quite literally.

"Hey, Venti?" You said randomly.
"Hm?" He hummed in response.
"Well we don't really know much about each other and I wanted to know more about you."
He sat upright and I followed after, we leaned against the tree trunk.

"Well, whaddya wanna know?" He turned to look at me with a sweet smile.
"Well, do you have a house? You go home after every time we hang out but where do you go?"
"Ehe, I kinda sleep on the streets of Mondstadt.." He laughed nervously and rubbed the back of his neck.
"What?! Don't you get cold?" I asked, concerned for him.
"I'm kinda used to it, ehe" (Ehe Te Nandayo!?) He laid back down to gaze at the stars.

"Well, do you maybe wanna move in with me?" I suggested shyly.
"Really?! You'd let me do that?" He looked at me with his eyes sparkling. His face was getting a little too close for comfort. You blushed a little, then lightly pushed him away.
"Of course I would, I couldn't let you stay on the streets of Mondstadt!" You insisted.

Suddenly, I felt a large body of weight crash into me , tackling me to the floor.
"Eep!" I yelped. I already knew who it was. Venti had tackled me into a hug.

"Thank you so much, Y/N!!" He yelled in my ear.
"It's no problem just please get off me!" I was squished underneath his weight.
"Ehe! Sorry, Y/N!" He stuck his tongue out.
"It's fine." I sighed, regaining my breath after being CRUSHED BY ANOTHER HUMAN.

We both laid down again; but under the tree instead of under the night sky.
"Okay! My turn to ask a question!" He beamed.
"Ask away." I replied and laughed at his childish antics.

"What's your biggest secret!?" He asked.
"What? Why would I tell you so easily!" I retorted at his request.
"Hmph, fine! I'll share my secret of you share yours!" He huffed.
"Okay, okay." I agreed.
"I fed laxatives to Timmie's birds once and uh, you can guess what happened next." I giggled. (Me and my homies hate Timmie 😡🙄)
"So you were the one they were looking to arrest for a month?!" He said, surprised.
"Yep!" I laughed.
"Wow, so mischievous, Y/N!" He pretended to sound disappointed whilst I just laughed harder.

"Soo, you promised you'd share your secret..?"
You pried.
"Uh well, you probably won't believe me but.."
"Go on.."
"I'm kind of the Anemo Archon." He looked nervous. I started laughing.
"Okay, okay funny joke, now what's your real secret?!" I opened my eyes to see him looking dead serious. I could tell that he wasn't lying.
"Wait.. YOU'RE NOT KIDDING?!" I yelled, astounded.
"Ehe.. no. I hope this doesn't change our friendship though." He looked down.
"Of course it wouldn't! I'd still be your friend if you were a god or even a hilichurl! Okay maybe not a hilichurl." We both laughed.
"I'll have to get used to having my best friend be and Archon though." I laughed.
"You really think of me as your best friend?" Venti asked.
"Obviously!" I reassured him.
"Aww me too!" He smiled. He was adorable. Wait, huh?

"Soo, my turn!" I turned to face him.
"What's your biggest dream?" I asked with a smile.
"Hm, my biggest dream? Well, even though I'm an Archon, I've always wanted to travel the entire world." He hummed.
"What! Same!" I said, my eyes glimmering.
"We should travel the world together!" I exclaimed.
"Yeah! Our shared dream!" He smiled. My cheeks burned, luckily it was dark so he couldn't see.
