•Chapter 9•

Holle POV-

Okay, Aeron is starting to scare me now... I know I would normally never say this but... This is war and I have to kill Aeron Maxwell. It's for my kingdom and I can't let them down. Besides I've known Aeron long enough, I've seen another side of him and I know If he wants to, he can and will kill me. That's why I have to get a head start, I already have the dagger so that's good but I'll need to keep it guarded and at my side at all times. Maybe I don't have plans this weekend...

"Hey! Aeron!" Holle called Aeron.

"Oh, uh hey Holle," he says looking at the ground. "I thought you were busy..."

"Oh, well, I was but I'm not anymore. So, you still free to hang out?

"Yes!... I mean" Aeron coughs. "Yeah, sure, cool."

"Okay, where did you want to go?"

"Oh, um how about we go out to dinner?"

"Okay, sounds great. I have to be going now, but I'll see you tonight. 6 work for you?"

"Yup! See you tonight Holle!" Aeron said as he turned and walked away.

Aeron POV-

Hmm I wonder what made Holle change her mind about tonight... Maybe she really did have something to do. But I don't believe that. If I'm being quite honest, Holle is a pretty boring person; she has a routine that she always follows. I haven't seen it change since the first grade! I guess people can change though. Whatever, I shouldn't put too much thought into this. My birthday is coming up soon, so I guess that's good. Maybe I could see if Holle wanted to go out again then. Speaking of which I need to find out when her birthday is. Let me go check the calendar. Where is it? Oh, there it is! I nearly forgot! Holle and I have the same birthday! Stupid me, how could I forget that? Okay, well, I guess that works out even better then. I'll take her out for her birthday in a few weeks, I doubt she'll be very busy then, I mean, it's her birthday!
