Izuku Midoriya: the cybernetic Villain

Arrival

Izumi was following her father to Dagobah beach....he wanted to tell her something important
well...it must be if he woke her up at 5 o clock in the morning
Izumi: "okay dad....we're here....what are we doing?" she asked him
Yagi: "what are we going to do here izumi is THIS!!!" then he transforms into 
Izumi: "wha-wha-wha ALL MIGHT?!!" looking at the symbol of peace now 
AM: "no Young Izumi it is your father still" 
Izumi: "wait....wait wait wait....dad......your the symbol of peace?!" now shocked and he nodded 
Yagi: "yes Izumi....I AM!!" 
Izumi: "so....d-d-did Izuku know?" asking him 
but then he deflates again 
Yagi: "no....he doesn't" he said to her 
Izumi: "he's going to be star-struck knowing his father is his idol...but how are you able to do that?" asking him 
Yagi: "well you how guys at the pool would suck in air to look muscular....or something like that....think of that" 
Izumi: "i would've assumed it was your quirk but okay..." 
Yagi: "that's not the main reason why i brought you here" and she listened to him 
Izumi: "what is it?" 
Yagi: "it's about my quirk....Izumi....my quirk is called one for all" (and then came the whole explanation of the whole passing down story blah blah blah) 
Izumi couldn't believe it....a quirk that has been passed down for years...but she realized something
Izumi: "why tell me this?" 
Yagi: "because....i want you to be the ninth inheritor of this quirk" he said to which Izumi stood there silent Yagi was worried for a moment and he had every reason to worry... 
Izumi: "d-d-dad....you" she then ran up to punch him in the gut crying now 
Yagi: "i-i-i-izumi" seein her crying now
Izumi: "why...why have you kept this hidden!! You could've given it to Izuku!! you could've made his dream come true!!!" crying 
Yagi: "Izumi...this isn't something that i would do out of spite....plus i didn't want Izuku to get involved of the dangers the world....this quirk would put more pressure on him...and i believe with how he never trains....i didn't think he had the spirit" Izumis eyes widened before she grew furious
Izumi: "he......you......you didn't even know his birthday...you didn't know when was the last time you ever spend time with him....i'm part of that blame as well....But don't you ever DARE Say he doesn't have a heroic heart or not!!" she yelled out
Yagi was shocked....of course at times she would see Izumi upset about something...but this was beyond the anger she would normally display 
Yagi: "i know....i'm not going to say this out of defense....but that day when he went missing....i was going to talk to him about it...i WAS going to give it to him...he was going to be chosen by me." 
Izumi: "but you said you wanted to protect him from the hero world" 
Yagi: "i know what i said....this isn't something i just couldn't give away...this quirk is very powerful...and it could potentially kill the user....i know this is hard to take in....but i beg you Izumi....please take the quirk...you are chosen to become the ninth inheritor....if not for me do it for your brother" he said 
Izumi: "keep his name out of your mouth" she growled she looked away and thought about it....it has been three full months...the U.A exam is coming up....Izuku has never been found...and already presumed dead...now her father HER FATHER had a quirk that could be passed down to anyone and he didn't want to give it to Izuku because apparently he didn't have the heroic nature or heart...which pissed her off....of course she wasn't innocent remembering what she and her friends did....but she never knew about how bad it was until it was too late....she was really is stupid and naive. but if she takes the quirk...maybe she can use it to find her brother....and then...give it too him...he deserves it more than her...he has every right to have it now. soon she turned to look at Yagi
Izumi: "fine....i'll take it" she said and he smiles
Yagi: "that's good...but in order for you to atleast handle one percent of it...you" then he points behind him
Yagi: "need to clean all off that" she looked behind him to see the pile of trash and junk scattered all over the beach 
Izumi deadpans: "your serious right?"  and he nods 
Izumi: "fuck" she mutters cursing herself but now she has a new goal now...to become a hero, find her brother, and make his dream come true
