Surprise roommate

Hey bae, sorry I've been taking so long lol I've been busy mostly working on my mental health have fun!

*a few weeks after he moved in*

          Loki has been sleeping on the couch but you have caught him a couple times passed out in the bean bag chair in your room.

           "Mornin Laufeyson" you said waking him up as you made your way to the kitchen to make your regular cups of coffee/tea. "Hello    y/n, what movie are we on today?" "I'm not telling you, I have to work today" "please tell me y/n you've seen them all before" "Nope, and don't go looking it up I like watching them together" you said sternly making sure he knew you were serious.

           Since loki moved in you started watching all of your favorite movies together, you had already finished your 80's romcoms so you started watching Harry Potter movies. Loki surprisingly took a huge liking to the movies even though you were supposed to be watching "the goblet of Fire" today with him, but no, your boss just had to call you into work.

        Loki got up from the couch after drinking his morning coffee with you, saying goodbye at your door making sure you got to your car safely. Loki was protective of you even though you had only met a few weeks ago. 'He only cares because he doesn't wanna see us get caught' you thought to yourself while blasting your favorite song on your way to work. You didn't have a super special job but you were lucky for your schedule to be call when needed, it gave you a lot more free time with Loki.

(At work)

       "Hell I give you an on call schedule and you still can't make it on time" you boss huffed rolling his eyes at you. "Sir I mean no disrespect but I'm 30 seconds late" "and that's my problem how? I call you in you come in at the right time miss y/n" he was rude and gross to you all the time, he was always trying to flirt with you blatantly, touching the small of your back, grabbing your ass, you wanted to quit but it's good money.

(After work just getting home)

              "Hey loki, you better not have watched it without me" you joked walking in the front door with a bunch of groceries in hand. "Don't worry y/n I didn't, here let me help you" said loki smiling as he grabbed a few bags out of your hand, putting them down on the kitchen island waiting for you to set your bags down so you two could put away the groceries together

               Loki sat down on the couch as you looked through your huge collection of movies for the goblet of Fire. When you found it you popped it into your ancient DVD player and sat down next to loki letting out an annoyed huff. "What's wrong y/n?" He asked turning his head toward you making eye contact. " nothing I just hate my boss haha" "well love I could just end him" " what no!" You laughed a bit nervously because you couldn't tell if he was serious or not. "Okay well can I at least know why you hate him?" He asked setting his hand on your knee as if he was actually worried for you. "Well, he's just rude in general, he grabs my ass all the time constantly trying to flirt with me, he basically looks for any excuse to harass me." You explained to loki and when you took your eyes off the ground and looked at  him he looked furious. "Sorry for ranting there haha I haven't been able to vent for a while" "it's fine love" he whispered seeming distracted, but you thought nothing of it as you both went back to watching the movie.

(Eating dinner)

              Loki barely said anything since you told him about your boss which worried you but it also made you a bit happy, thinking that he cared that much. "You know y/n I don't have to kill him I could just, mortify him into stopping" Loki said a bit proudly as he came up with something that didn't involve murder for once. "Thank you loki, but no I don't wanna be fired" "that's the thing darling I could make him do anything, just ask and you shall receive y/n" "well I don't really wanna scare someone into being nice to me, it just seems rude" you explained to him but he didn't care he just wanted to make sure you were okay which was sweet but he can be a bit over bearing.

              "Dinner was amazing y/n, you have to teach me to cook." He smiled while he got up and did the dishes while you put the food away. " I'd love to loki" you laughed walking up stairs getting into your pajamas, normally you'd just wear panties and a sports bra but since loki came you started wearing large shirts with your regular outfit. When you opened the door loki was standing at the door waiting for you to come down and hangout for a while. "Well don't you look ravishing" Loki said grabbing your wrist and running downstairs with you like a toddler.

              You both sat down on the couch talking about music and what you both been listening to your whole life. "No, no,no you don't understand y/n your music is terrible" loki laughed out until he realized you were a bit hurt by that comment, given you were faking it just to distract him long enough to punch him in the arm. "Ow! I'll get you for that" he laughed grabbing your waist to tickle you, you didn't realize it at the time but the butterflies in your stomach hit you like a train. You both joked for a while longer, until you got up to go to bed.

             As you opened your door you saw loki in your room, looking out of your window seeing son the city lights in the dark. "I won't do anything to your boss if you say no but if you don't say no I'll take it as an invite to fix him" Loki whispered loud enough for you to hear keeping his eyes on the city lights. "Loki....I'm not saying no, just please go easy on him" "I never planned on hurting him, just alter his mind not to be such a douche" Loki explained walking over to you pressing his hand down on your shoulder and making eye contact with you. "Thank you Loki I don't know why you care so much." " I care because you helped me when I needed it and now I'm able to do the same for you, thank you for letting me stay       y/n" He looked genuinely thankful and caring for you. "Of course loki, sleep well I'll see you tomorrow" "good night love" as he walked out of your room your mind raced when you got into bed, you could barely sleep all night. You couldn't stop thinking about Loki.
