*Piper's P.O.V*

I sat outside my cabin waiting for Grace to arrive. My stomach was doing flips, and my heart was beating so fast, I thought it could burst out of my chest. What she said earlier was also effecting me. Apparently, we were soulmates. What did that mean? I was aware of the idea from stories and stuff. Was it anything like the stories? I mean, I did feel a connection the first time we met.

My thoughts were interrupted by someone clearing their throat. I looked up, and saw Grace standing at the bottom of the stairs.

Gods she was beautiful. Inhumanly so, like an angel. She had fixed her hair so it looked less like she had rolled out of bed, and more like she actually did something. It was less frizzy, and the curls looked softer. A black bikini hugged her surprisingly fit shape. Above her heart was a tattoo, something like a pentagram with sun rays around it. Kinda like what I imagined the Winchester's anti-possession tattoos would look like in the Supernatural book series. She had a playful smile on her face.

"You look great Piper!" She said cheerfully

"You look great Piper!" She said cheerfully.

I blushed slightly. "Thanks. You look amazing as well."

She held out her hand. I took it, joining her on the grass. She brushed a strand of hair out of my face, and I realized just how much taller than me she was. "Close your eyes, I have a surprise."

I did what I was told, and let Grace guide me to the beach. I could hear the sound of waves crashing against the sand, and the soft sound of my date humming Highway to Hell by AC/DC. She stopped, and gave me hand a gentle squeeze.

"You can open your eyes now."

Grace had set up a picnic , with lots of food and drinks. I grinned and hugged her.

"This is amazing!" I cheered.

She chuckled. "I'm glad you like it, Pipes."

We sat down on the blanket, and Grace pulled out two sandwiches from the basket, handing me one. "Leo told me you were vegetarian, so I made PB and Js! My dad makes them for me a lot while he's visiting." A fond smile spread across her face.

"What's your dad like?" I asked, hoping to get to know her family better.

"He's really sweet. Kinda rebellious, though. His family doesn't like him. Made him leave me when I was little, but he came back. He gets along with my," she paused, trying to find the words. "friends? They're more like older brothers. They took care of me after my adoptive dad died."

I place my hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry about your adoptive dad."

She shrugged. "It's fine, he's in a better place now. Besides, dates are supposed to be positive, so let's not go into it. What about your family?"

I sighed. "My dad works a lot. I barely got to see him growing up, but he's getting better."

"Oh. It's good he's working on it."

We ate and talked about our interests. Grace would throw cheesy pick up lines in here and there, making me laugh. I told her about all the adventures I'd been on.

"You know, your tattoo reminds me of Supernatural." I added.

She laughed. "You've read those?"

I nodded.

"Cool! I read them, and thought the tattoo the boys had looked cool. If it keeps me from being possessed, that's an added bonus."

I smiled, then looked out to the waves. I laid my head on her shoulder, and intertwined our fingers. "This is nice."

She laid her head on mine. "It is. I'm glad your my soulmate, Piper."

"I'm glad your mine. We should do this again some time."

"Does this mean I can call you my girlfriend?"

"As long as I can call you mine."

She laughed. "Of course."
