Chapter 12

You wake up realize that you feel asleep with your shirt off. Neo probably asked you to last night then you look at her and see that she is on you sleeping naked. That's when it hit you that you and Neo slept together, and it was not like before.

You stare at her for a little bit then you did something that you haven't done in years, smiled not a fake one like the ones you did around people or back at Beacon. You actually smiled and then you started petting her head. You notice that she smiled so you knew she was awake. If she was asleep she wouldn't have any reaction at all but when she smiles she was play sleeping, usually a way for her to cuddle with you longer.

(Y/N): Morning
Neo: *looks at me and smiles*
(Y/N): Sleep well?
Neo: *Nods and grabs her scroll* <Last night was, amazing to say the least>
(Y/N): Heh, I can't remember but did we use a-
Neo: *puts her finger on your lips then shacks her head no then she types on her scroll* <We didn't have to, we did it. The other way~>
(Y/N): *blushes lightly* Well at least we know were not going to be parents
Neo: *hugs you tightly* <I want to stay like this forever>
(Y/N): This is nice, after all that we have done, this feels deserve......but I still have to do my mission. I'm on phase 3 out of 4, and I have to get phase 3 done before next month on the 17th.
Neo: <Why that day specifically?>
(Y/N): I know I can trust you 100%, so first feel honored you are the only person that has ever gained my full trust, and second On that day a meteor will be close to this planet. That is what I will use to destroy this world
Neo: *moves off of you to look you dead in the eyes* <You sure you want to do this?> *puts her hand on your cheek* <We can just leave the 2 of us, and hide from all of these people, and problems>
(Y/N): *puts your hand on hers* That sounds lovely, but I'm too far in, in this plan. I'm not turning back, but I swear to you *puts your forehead on her's* I'm taking you to the Promised Land, and when we start a new world, we'll do exactly as you said. No problems, no fighting, just the 2 of us

The 2 of you kiss each other for a few seconds then you both get up and get dressed. Then you head to the meeting room where you saw everyone else. You sit next to each other then Cinder starts talking.

Cinder: So we have a change of plans, Salem is no longer our boss
Everyone except for you: WHAT?! <WHAT?!>
Cinder: I know.....we'll probably die but........(Y/N)
Everyone: *turns and looks at you*
Cinder: I know you're the only one that can kill her, or you're the only one that can be close to it
(Y/N): Where is she located?
Cinder: In the Evernight Castle, located in the Land of Darkness....
(Y/N): How far away is it, form here?
Cinder: About 3 and a half days if we use a bullhead

Everyone sate there in silence until you spoke.

(Y/N): Give me today to prepare, I'm leaving tomorrow
Neo: <NO!>
(Y/N): Neo listen
Neo: <NO YOU LISTEN, TIME AND TIME AGAIN YOU HAVE GOTTEN ME WORRIED ABOUT YOU. YOUR PAST, THE BATTLE AT THE SCHOOLS, AND EVEN YESTERDAY! MY HEART CAN'T TAKE THIS MUCH LONGER!>
(Y/N): Neo please
Neo: <No, please.......just stay here with me.....where we can be safe>
(Y/N): You and I both know I can't do that

Neo tears up then runs out of the meeting room to your room. You let out a sigh then get up and before you leave the room you turn back to them.
(Y/N): Make it 2 day, tomorrow I'll prepare to leave *walks to your room*

You open your door and see her on the edge of the bed hugging a pillow, she wasn't making noise but you knew she was crying. You sit next to her and put your arm around her shoulder but she moves away from you. You then scoot next to her and bring her head into your chest.

(Y/N): I know you're scared for my life but you know how strong I am
Neo: ...
(Y/N): *you start to rub her back* But if I'm being honest with you....I thought I would be dead by now....heh, I actually thought I was going to be killed back when we attack Beacon....I thought I was gonna die to that Family. Yet here I am...maybe it's because I was made to destroy this world. Or maybe I was made to protect you *looks at her in her pink and brown eyes* I promise I will come back, no matter what
Neo: <You better, because there is so many things I still want to do with you>

The two of you kiss then hug each other for a few minutes, no talking, just hugging. Then after the rest of the day you spent with Neo, it was time for you to head to face Salem. You were about to go on the bull head then you heard heels clicking behind you. Turning around you were hugged by Neo then she looks up at you.

Neo: <Be safe, and don't you dare die!>
(Y/N): I'm not planning to die until I fix this world

You enter the bullhead and fly away the look back to see Neo waving goodbye with tears in her eyes. You looked back towards where you are heading and all you could think of was, "Phase 3 is now underway"

Salem pov

I have a feeling that something was coming, something dangerous. I looked out my window and the feeling got heavier.

Salem: Looks like I must prepare for a fight....but this feeling...it feels like the life stream is getting closer. If i do kill them then....I can absorb the power out of them, then I can go to the promised land....and rule over all of Remnant!
