Chapter 3

Two weeks later.....

It was night time. Shivika woke up. She was sweating badly. She was about to woke up Ardil but then she stopped. She took the glass of water which was there on the stool beside the table. After drinking water she was about to put the glass back but it slipped from her hand. Ardil woke up hurriedly.

"Kya hua star? Tum thik ho?" Ardil asked switching on the table lamp.

"Oh ho moon! I am alright. Bas gala sookh raha tha to paani pi rahi thi aur glass chut gaya." Shivika said.

"What! Ab kahaan ja rahi ho? Zameen par paani hai gir jaaogi." Ardil said holding her hand from behind.

"Kahin nahi ja rahi baba! Glass utha rahi thi. Mujhe bhi pata hai that I am pregnant. Tum to aise behave kar rahe ho jaise pehli baar ho raha sab kuch." Shivika said irritatly.

Ardil become sad. Shivika soon realized her mistake she also become sad. She has a quick flashback of her first pregnancy. Her eyes become teary.

"I am sorry moon! I am sorry baby moon!" Shivika said holding her ears.

Ardil hugged her.

"Hey star! Tum to sherni ho na! Kuch nahi hoga humaare baby ko kyuki iss baar uske papa aur uski family saath hai. Main apne bacche ko duniya ki saari khushiyaan dunga." Ardil said while cubbing her face.

"No! I am sorry for being so rude to you. Pata nahi aaj kal kya ho jaata hai mujhe kabhi bhi kuch bhi karti hu." Shivika said while apologizing him.

"I understand star! Mood swings hai tumaare aur kuch nahi and I am here with you handling all you and enjoy every phase of it together with you." Ardil said calmly.

Shivika gave him a smile. He made her sleep by playing with her hairs. Then Ardil also slept holding her.

Next morning Shivika woke up with a smile. She was staring Ardil. Then she removed his hand from her shoulder. Her eyes goes on her hands. She shouted loudly.

"Moon... Moon...." Shivika shouted and started jumping on the floor.

Ardil got scared. He thought as he holds her tight or she slipped on floor.

"Kya hua star! Maine tumhe zor se hug kiya? Kahin baby ko lagi to nahi? Oh god! Aaj se tum mom ke saath hi sona. Pata nahi neend mein baby ko harm na kar du." Ardil was speaking continuously.

He was so nervous at the same time. On the other hand Shivika's voice was so loud that all the family members gathered there. They rushed to her worried.

Amzil was with Ardil making him calm. Pritika and Janvi stopped Shivika and made her sit on bed.

"Kya hua Shivika? Tum itti zor se kyu chilla rahi ho?" Pritika asked.

"Priti di! Jaanu ma! Mujhe saap ne kaat liya." Shivika said.

"What???"

All were shocked. Dad ordered all the servant to find the snack. Janvi made Shivika lay down. Pritika called the doctor. Amzil was calling the ambulance. All of them were moving here and there in the room.

"Beta saap kahaan gaya? Kahaan kaata? Kitti der hui?" Janvi started questioning her worriedly.

"Arey Janvi! Tum shaant hogi to wo kuch bolegi na!" Danil said.

"Pata nahi dad! Pata nahi Jaanu ma. Dekhiye na! Haath ki saari vains blue ho gayi." Shivika said.

Janvi, Pritika, Amzil and Danil started laughing at Shivika. Ardil and Shivika were shocked.

"Mom, dad, bhai babhi aap sab has kyu rahe hai?" Ardil asked confusingly.

"Kuch nahi...." Pritika said while putting her hand on her mouth.

"Arey! Yahaan Shivika ko saap ne kaat liya. Uski puri body blue ho gayi aur aap sab.... Pregnancy mein lady paagal ho jaati hai wo to suna tha but puri family bhi! Ye pehli baar dekha. Aap log rehne do mein khud hi doctor ke pass le kar jaata hu." Ardil said frustratedly.

Seeing this Pritika and Janvi explained him that it's not the snake bite. Her body has become blue due to the effect of pregnancy. There is nothing to worry about it.

Ardil and Shivika felt relaxed. All the family members left the room. Both of them got ready and came down stairs for the breakfast.
