Chapter 7

Two weeks later....

It was 12 at night. Pallav's phone beeped. He woke up and check his phone. It was his dad's message who was waiting outside with his mom. Pallav got up and welcomed them.

"Mom, dad! Aap log yahaan! Iss waqt sab thik to hai na? Anjali ji aur Arth thik hai?" Pallav asked worriedly.

"Haan haan beta! Ghar par sab thik hai. Actually tumaare dad ko kuch zaruri baat karni thi." Padmini said.

"Yes! Mujhe mere business ke baare mein tumse kuch important discuss karna tha isliye yahaan iss waqt aana pada." Neelesh said.

They were talking in the guest room. Suddenly Shivika woke up for water. She saw that the jug was empty. She goes to Dev (who was Ardil for her now) who was sleeping on the sofa.

"Moon! Paani chaahiye." Shivika said.

Dev did not wake up after many calls by her so she decided to bring water herself.

"Awee! Sote huye Moon kitna cute lagta hai. Koi na sone deti hu." Shivika said while staring at him.

She rubbed his hair and kissed him on his forehead then leave.

When she was out of the room then she saw that the lights of guest room was on. She went there. She saw from outside that Padmini and Neelesh were sitting. She could not see the face of Pallav. She came inside.

"Aunty! Uncle aap log! Yahaan iss waqt? Kaise?" Shivika asked shockly.

Pallav tries to make excuse.

"Shivika wo.... Aunty aur uncle.... Wo!" Pallav tries to say something but he was not getting words.

She turned towards Pallav. She was totally shocked. She was looking at all three again and again. The flashes of accident day began to run in her mind. She recalled that how the dead bodies of her family brought and due to shock she began to consider Pallav as Amzil and Dev as Ardil.

All the flashes were roaming round in her head. She felt dizziness. The jug fell from her hand. She got fainted with one word.

"Pallav!" Shivika said in low voice.

"Shivika! Shivika!" Pallav tries to bring her in conscious state.

Dev and dadi also woke up with the sound of jug. They came there. Both of them were shocked. They were asking what happened there. Pallav told them that she saw him with his parents and eventually recognised him which gave her shock and she fainted. Dev brought water and sprinkle some drops on her face. She gain her consciousness. She started crying.

"Amzil bhaiya to usi din uss accident mein! Wo chauthi laash driver ki nahi balki amzil bhaiya ki thi. Aur main tumein Amzil bhaiya samajh rahi thi. I am so sorry." Shivika said while crying.

All of them were happy to see that Shivika recognised Pallav but sad at same time as they all recall the fire accident of that day.

"It's OK beta! Tum sadme mein thi aur doctor ne tumhe stress lene se mana kiya hai isliye ab zyaada mat socho. Apna acche se khayaal rakho apne baccho ke liye." Padmini said lovingly.

Shivika goes to Dev. She rest her head on her chest.

"Thank you so much aunty, uncle! Thank you so much Pallav. Aur aap log meri firkar mat kijiye uske liye Moon hai na! Hum dono ek dusre ko sambhaal lenge. Fikar hai to bas Arhaan ki. Uss nanhi si jaan ko hum dono ki zarurat hogi." Shivika said while looking upwards to Dev's face.

Suddenly everyone's feded with Shivika's words. They were thinking that she recalls everything but she still has a believe that Ardil is alive and Dev is his Ardil.

Now Pallav went to his home but Dev was still with Shivika. Shivika feel wierd sometimes. The doubt comes into her mind that his Ardil has changed as now he don't give good morning and good night kisses. Every time when Shivika asked him to come closer but he refuses. Although Dev takes care of Shivika like a friend but she was searching her died husband in him. She convince her heart by saying that it may be due to the nervousness of becoming a father for the first time. Gungun and Dev some times get frustrated with her behaviour but they handle all the things maturly as they understands and support each other.

Days were passing smoothly. Dev was taking care of his family as well as Shivika also. He regularly visit to see his kids also and spend some time with them.
