step 2: chaotic sketch
I usually just draw a bunch of super messy shapes for this one. make sure to use triangles for the torso. this step doesn't have to look good, just lay out something to draw over later!

step 3: refined sketch
new layer! lower the opacity of the chaotic sketch, and draw over it, making it neater and adding extra details. i often slightly change the pose in this phase.

step 4: face
use the rough guidelines from earlier to sketch the face, drawing the eyes first. i don't have much advice for this step I'm sorry but ur on ur own ;-;

step 5: lineart
new layer! again, lower the opacity of the refined sketch, and trace over the lines with a smoother brush.

step 6: color!
new layer! sometimes i use the website https://coolors.co/ to get colors, other times i just pick them myself. draw behind the lineart layer to color!
