"T-to eddie's" bill says which were his last words before he was pushed to the ground harshly

"W-what b-b-bill" says Henry as he and his friends laugh at bill

"Stop Henry!!" I yell

He turned his head towards me. I wasn't scared of Henry but the other kids in the school were terrified of him.

"Hey y/n." Henry says trying to be cool now

"Stop bullying bill." I say defending bill as he's barely now getting up

"I'm not bullying I'm just........messing around with him." He says now trying to reason or to make me think he isn't a bully

"I'm not buying it, stop bullying him end of discussion!" I yell at him now as some Henry's friends start to tell him they should leave

"Fine but only cause you said so sweetheart." He says blowing me a kiss as he walks away with his friends

I scrunch my face up in discussed. I turn back to the group.

"Who's that?" Says Quigley as he watches Henry and his friends walk away.

"Henry Bowers" says Stanley as he also watches them leave

"Why'd he call you sweetheart?" Asked isadora

"Cause he's had a crush y/n since 5th grade." Says Richie as he puts his elbow on my shoulder

"Been trying to get with me since then too." I say as I dust off my dress

"Do you like him?" Asked Quigley as if he's unsure he wants to know the answer

"God no, he's too much of a bully." I say as I look up at him as if he said i the most disgusting thing in the world

"Besides she can basically have any boy she wants in Derry their all drooling over her." Said Richie as he waves his hand around as he brags about me

To be honest he's right I just haven't found one that I liked.

"She's the prettiest girl in town" he adds as he looks at me with a grin

I laugh

"Wow" said Duncan surprised by this new found information

-time skip to eddie's house-

"Hello mrs.K" I greet her as I walk through the front door after every one else.

"Hello Y/n you look lovely today." Says mrs.k as she's sitting on her recliner watching tv

Everyone says I'm so respectful and way more well mannered than Richie which in this case is true.

"Come on y/n let me show you my room!" Said isadora pulling my arm

Me and her became best friends on the bike ride here since she was on the back of my bike.
