Sweet Haram.

¥ Introduction ¥

This time the chapter came first before introduction, I still don't know why but it did.

Haram for those who don't know means:

Forbidden Or Proscribed By Human Law.

Sweet Haram in this case talks about how sweet bad things actually are, sometimes the worst things are the most enticing and engaging. Times when you're willing to forget your morals and habits but the obvious fact is that it's wrong!

For Hanif and Mallika dating secretly has never been more fun and exciting, yes they love each other but it's not like it can harm them and they're both aware if they tell either of their parents about it they would immediately be forced to get married, they want to get married on their own terms.

Alhaji Usman Dantsoho, Alhaji Lawal Junaid and Alhaji Umar Kailani have been friends even before the dawn of time.

Alhaji Usman Dantsoho the father of Hanif and Ablaa Dantsoho. A politian, well known for his connections and a flare for spending money. Like he always says 'No amount is too big'.

Alhaji Lawal Junaid, the father of Dahir, Anwar and Reema Junaid. A successful real estate mogul. Known for his religious beliefs, mosques and Islamic schools. He always says 'You can never know too much about your religion for there's no limit to it'.

Alhaji Umar Khailani, the father of Mallika Khailani, his only and precious daughter. Known for his different businesses all over the country. 'it starts from a single blow' is his well known phrase.

These three men swore even before they knew the actual meaning of it, that they'd link their children so that they'd become something more than friends, they'd finally become family.

Now that the opportunity has finally shown itself they're taking it. Hanif and Mallika couldn't be happier about their parent's decision.

Atleast that was until they realize that things Don't always go the way you want them to. And their parents have already made up their mind.

Instead she gets married to Dahir and he gets married to Dahir's cousin, Fayza Mustapha. She's the daughter of Alhaji Lawal Junaid's late older sister.

But they're not planning on letting that keep them away especially when they are so close. It's not everyday that your boyfriend becomes your neighbour thanks to your Husband's father.

Dahir on the other hand is almost perfect but his lack of interest in women is troubling even to him. Now married to a woman he has no feelings for life proves to be more difficult, especially when he meets someone else. For the first time in his life he has met someone he really loves but will it work?

Will marrying someone else ruin his father's friendship with his wife's father? Or will his new love be okay with being second?

They feel it's their right.
But things also happen for a reason unknown to us.

Mallika is 26years and Fayza is 25years.
