Calum and Riley, Riley and Calum.

An inseparable pair ever since Calum moved into the neighbor hood right before they both started kindergarten. The two had instantly clicked when they both liked the same picture book, "The Musical Puppy".

As their friendship grew, so did they of course. And they began having sleepovers every weekend, just being weird and themselves.

They told each other everything. From who they liked to what was stressing them out and if they were getting picked on (one time a group of boys were teasing Riley for having a "boy name" and Calum threatened them all that he'd give them all a "knuckle sandwich" he got himself beat up but Riley liked that he stood up for her). Everyone knew about Riley and Calum at school, and how they were 'bestest friends'. Kids envied them and found them cute at the same time, and if they wanted to ask one to play they had to ask the other too.

But as they got older of course things got harder, both being told to find out "who they were" and find their own paths. They had completely changed over the course of a fee short years in the life changing high school. Different friends, cliques and social standings. Which made it extremely hard to even be seen with each other
But even with all the mayhem, they still find ways to have their sleepover every weekend.

I published & unpublished this before with whole different kind of plot and characters but its back and it's a Calum fic now!

I should warn that it does have some moments that might slightly trigger people so be careful! I will say if a chapter has something to trigger you and where it is!
