I grab Kai's arm and lead him out of the hospital room.
"What's wrong with you? you need a doctor" I said "DOCTOR! WE NEED A DOCTOR OVER HERE".
"We don't have time, we need to leave" Kai glanced around frantically, then gave me a stern look.
He looked weak from my point of view and I was concerned for him."Kai" I sighed but he just glared harder then I gave in and let him lead me to the car.
I think Kai is being paranoid for no reason, I don't see anyone that looks out of the ordinary.
"Why do you think we're being followed?" I wonder, raising an eyebrow at his skepticism.
"I'll explain in the car" he opened the car door for me then hopped in from the driver's side.
He was quieter than his usual self, it was calming for him to shut up for once but also it made me nervous.
"Say somethin-" I panicked as I heard a gunshot hit the bullet proof rear window."WHAT'S GOING ON?!" I shouted and his eyes widened and then cursed "I JUST GOT THAT REPLACED" he yelled and quickly turned on the engine, revved up the car and went into overdrive.
"I told you we were being followed" he hissed at me, eyes focused on the road.
"I thought you were joking" I sheepishly shrugged and he scowled at me in return.
We were going awfully fast, I was gripping the seat so hard my fingers started turning white.
"SLOW DOWN!" I shouted at him but he wasn't listening to me anymore.
We kept swerving left and right, I felt like I was going to throw up.
After what felt like the longest ride of my life, we swerved to a stop but my head was still spinning. That's when my stomach felt funny.
"Finally, we lost track of them" he sighed in relief "great" I muttered but stomach kept feeling weird until-
"MY CAR!" he exclaimed grabbing his hair and looking at my vomit scattered everywhere with utter disgust.
"It's your fault." I croaked as I wiped my mouth with the napkin he offered. I felt woozy. "Who do you think is chasing us?" I asked, furrowing my brows.
"I have an idea but I want to make sure first" he brooded, then he took out his phone and started texting someone.
"Ugh come on, the car stinks too much" he grumbled and got out of the car. I rolled my eyes and started to clean up my own vomit, sneering.
First I decided not to clean it just to piss him off, he was being rude to me. Then I tried to ignore the smell but it was starting to make my stomach churn all over again. I gave in and decided to clean it up after all."Yeah I think she's behind it but I'm not positive" I heard Kai speaking on the phone while I was bent down, cleaning my throw up that he caused.
"Are you sure?" I heard him ask whoever he was with "She won't like it" who won't like what?
He hung up the phone and I could listen to him grumbling and coming my way.
"Great you cleaned it" He said in a monotone voice.
"Who was that on the phone? You seemed to have a heated conversation with them?" I pointed out and he just shrugged his shoulders while opening the door and sliding into the driver's seat.
"I'm going to take you home" he said, turning the engine on.
The car ride home was eerily silent, the scent of upchuck still lingers but the windows were down so I just stuck my head out the whole time.
