The scorching sun of South Korea made everyone plan to go out for summer. Everyone in town has their ways to break the heat and ease the feeling of sweat sticking on their shirts and skin.
I groan as I finish my favourite Netflix series, I reach out for the television remote and slam back on the couch searching for new series.
The door unlocks and I heard my parents getting excited about something that I don't have any idea of it. I glance at them shortly and look back to the television screen. Excitement runs through my veins when I finally found some worth to watch again.
“Are you just going to sit there and watch?” Mom blocking my view. I sharply sigh looking at her with annoyance.
“Well yeah? Can't even think of summer vacation like go out and swim. But I am too lazy for that.” I said gesturing mom to move out of the way.
Mom yanks the remote from my hand and turns off the television. I groan in annoyance as she throws a book on my lap and walks away. Out of curiosity, but annoyance. I open the book and seeing tickets for a trip to Jeju.
Eyes rolling I stand up and stride to the kitchen where my parents currently slacking off.
“Are you going with us?” Mom asks while preparing some little snacks.
“You bought this, I don't have any choice.” I shrug as I heard dad chuckles.
“Don't worry, I'll load your phone up while we're there okay? Just be with us this summer okay? Rest assured.” Dad said and a grin shows across my lips.
“Pack up. We leave at 3 PM.” Mom said and I walk away.

“Dad! You said 3 PM! It's still early!” I annoyingly grunt as Dad chuckles scratching the back of his head.
“Well, I don't want to be late, so I brought you here guys early.” he awkwardly cackled. “You can still walk around if you want.”
I stand up from my seat and stride away from my parents. I plug my earphones on and decided to step out from the airport while waiting for our flight.
Looking down on the ground, I found a calico kitten who's meowing. Kneeling on the ground the cat run towards me rubbing its head to my jeans.
“You okay little bud?” I softly ask the kitten as I started to pet it.
I then decide to pick it up and suddenly a man on my age approach me, waving his hand to me. Taking out the other piece of my earphone, I carry the kitten unto my chest as the kitten sat to rest on my arm.
“Hi, I've been looking for that cat.” the guy said smiling at me.
“Oh, is this yours?” I ask petting the kitten.
“Quite yes. But this airport owns him and was about to adopt him.” he answers huffing then pushing back his hair.
And I find it attractive, I quickly hand him over the kitten. The guy smiles at me genuinely handing over his hand to let himself known, but my phone rings flashing the name of my mother.
“I got to go. Nice meeting your cat.” I said running away from them.
