Shifting to The Maze Runner

Sounds and Seeing and Feeling!

Hey so I haven't actually fully shifted yet but there is a way that we can shift in the day time so I have just tried that and this is what happened!

So basically I was trying to shift in the day time as you can do that but I didnt fully shift!

What happened was i was listing to a playlist that I listen to a few songs before I try and shift and I was shifting with that on.

I use the Raven method but not at the same as I lie in a starfish position and I say in my head I am until I feel symptoms then I count to a hundred slowly and once my I do that I then say affirmations until I wake up in my dr.

Anyways! I was trying to shift and I kept seeing like how do I explain it I saw a figure circling around me. As I was trying to visualise the Glade I saw shadows of Thomas, Newt and Minho. And it is crazy as I wrote in my script that I experience everything with them and they where the peoples shadows I kept seeing! I also saw a couple bits of the Glade but not much. But I didnt shift.

I also wrote in my script that I arrive in the box and Newt jumps in to help me out and when I am nearly shifting I can smell dampness and mint and hear people talking.

Well I heard people only really really really faintly talking but it was only for a couple of seconds, then I heard the sound the Griver's make when they walk in the maze.

I also got loads of symptoms of shifting like for me I felt numb a little but, tingly in my arms and legs and felt like I was floating. I also smelt dampness! Which was one of my smells I smelt when I nearly shift!

Also when I was saying I am I kept feeling like I was in a elevator.

But I freaked out a little bit and done my safe action and said my safe phrase 😣😣😭😭😭😭

So I know this was yesterday but I looked through my journal and forgot a couple of details! So when I was shifting yesterday in the day I felt like I was going up in some sort of elevator and I put in my script that I wake up alone in the box going up! I also felt someone touch my forehead and I put in my script before or when I get to the Glade I will feel someone touch my shoulder a couple of times! I also heard sounds from my Desigered Reality the Glade during the day!

UGH! I dead ass could of been in the glade right now 😭😭😭😭

Remember do not give up on shifting!
