아니에요 is the present tense form of the verb 아니다 (to not be). When ever you want to say something is NOT something you can the subject then add 아니에요.

Noun + 아니에요 = To not be + noun

Ex: 저 아니에요. It is not me.
물 아니에요. It is not water.

If you want to say "This is not milk", "I am not a student", "This is not a park" add the nouns at the beginning of the sentence.

Ex: 우유 = Milk
우유 아니에요 = Not Milk
이거 우유 아니에요 = This is not milk.

학상 = Student
학상 아니에요 = Not a student
저 학상 아니에요 = I am not a student.

술 = Liquor
술 아니에요 = Not liquor
저거 술 아니에요. = This is not liquor.

고양이 = Cat
고양이 아니에요 = Not a cat
그거 고양이 아니에요. = It is not a cat.
